I've been going here for a few years now and I've found them to be extremely trustworthy & good at their jobs!

I've had yearly services done and also brought my car in to identify issues 2 separate times. Every time, the issue has been identified, communicated clearly to me (along with them answering all of the many questions I have), and then resolved at a fair price (I tend to google the expected cost of a service on avg, and they've never gone over the avg range).

My biggest fear with car shops & mechanics is that they'll try to sell me unnecessary services or charge more because I don't know car stuff, but King's Auto has only ever been communicative & honest. I will continue to come back here!

I've used Kings in my older Prius and always had a great experience. This week I tried to bring my newer Sienna in for a repair, and they advised me it would be covered for free by the dealership and charged me $0.

I went to Kings yesterday for repair of my daughters Honda Civic which needed the Advanced Drivers Assistance System repaired and recalibrated. From the moment I made the appointment I felt comfortable that the staff was being honest and trustworthy. When I got there Daniel, who runs the ADAS Calibration system, spent about 10 minutes with me going over the details around what caused the problem and common solutions and expected cost associated with any of the common causes. In the end it turned out to just be a radar sensor which came loose from its bracket which they re-secured before recalibrating. Most times that I have work done anywhere I get a list of "recommended" repairs for things that I was not even there for. These guys just fixed what I was there for, didn't charge me for parts that I didn't need and didn't try to use scare tactics to get me to have extra services done on a car that I know is well maintained. This shop is my new go to for automotive repair.

I engaged these guys to do a pre-purchase inspection on a used car. They found something before the inspection started, and told me it was a "no", and didn't charge me the $200.

They were also very communicative and easy to schedule with. Awesome shop based on my one-off interaction.

Seriously, the BEST repair shop around! Steve and his crew are outstanding, trustworthy and so reassuring! Fixed my son's car in no time and saved me a lot of stress and worry! Thank you!!

I bought a 24 year old truck last spring and King's Auto inspected it thoroughly. Although it was in excellent shape, the previous owner ignored many worn out parts. They repaired it promptly and competently. I've been a business process consultant and industrial engineer, so I have little tolerance for poorly run businesses. This shop is so efficiently managed and staffed with friendly folks, that I was sorry everything was done quickly. No rework was needed. They could have said both worn ball joints needed replacing, but advised that only one had to be done. First class operation!

I like King’s model for customer service from the moment you walk in the door to the pick up of your vehicle. Honest & open discussion of the work needed & they will try to fit you in if your need is urgent! Number 1 in my book!!

King's Auto is the absolute BEST! I had my car worked on by another shop (I'll be nice and not name them) and I took it to Kings afterwards to help. My car has 256k miles on her and they were direct and honest with me in the labor I should/shouldn't pay for at this "age". They did not try and make money off of me, but instead treated me with honesty and respect. Not only did they fix my car, but they also called the other shop and asked them to pay for a part that was damaged due to their negligence. AND they didn't charge them the labor fee. King's could have just as easily charged ME for that part and labor and increased their bottom line...and they didn't. As a result, they gained my business for all my cars as long as I live in the area.

Great service. I had made an appointment but when I arrived they did not have me on their schedule. They worked me in anyway. Be aware that the price of oil has risen.

Everybody at King's Auto is an absolute treasure. I started going to them after feeling taken advantage off at other chain repair shops like Midas, and found Steve and his team to be honest, qualified, and an overall pleasure to work with. I always feel taken care of, and they are currently being extremely helpful in my search for a new car (and helped me make an informed decision about whether or not to let go off my old Subaru). I cannot recomend them highly enough! They make the stress of car maintenance and repairs a lot easier to deal with :)

This team is honestly the best. Anytime my old baby Xterra needs work, they get it done quick and explain everything.

Diagnosed and fixed my son's 200k plus mile prius! Odd issue... a rodent got into the engine and began to chew wires... "Who knew"... They did!

They did a multi point inspection to address all of the issues my son had ignored.

Add for the fact all of their diagnosis is on line with pictures via a text link made this process SUPER easy to make decisions during my busy schedule.

I had an incredible experience at King's! Being a woman in a new city presents challenges to finding a trustworthy car service business, but I felt cared for and respected the whole time I was there, and they went above and beyond to share their story with me, take care of my car, and establish a relationship so I know where to go next time I need something fixed!

Daniel and the team were incredible. My Kia Soul was broken into and when I initially called, they had even suggested I reach out to Kia first to see if there was anything they could do. I did, and they didn’t, and was planning to charge me double what King’s ended up charging and would have taken about three weeks longer to complete. I will absolutely be back if (hopefully not for the same thing!) and when I need their expertise!

I dropped off my 2020 Toyota Corolla for routine maintenance and a state inspection yesterday. I have been taking my cars to King’s for all kinds of maintenance and repairs for over 10 years. Yesterday’s experience was typical of all my previous visits to King’s— quick, efficient, reasonably priced, and they always remember my name! It feels like I am dropping off my car with a family friend who returns it to me in better condition than I left it. I highly recommend King’s to anyone looking for honest, reasonably priced, quality auto repair!

I have nothing but praise to offer from my visit with Kings Auto Service. My car AC was broken and my son suggested Kings to repair it. I called, they were able to take me on the same day and had finished the repair by noon the next day. Daniel, from the front desk, even helped me to use Uber for the first time. They were extremely professional, respectful, kind and helpful. I most definitely use them again. I will also give Kings sterling reviews to my friends and neighbors who need auto repair.
