Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Took my daughter here for her 1st experience at Red Robin. Service was amazing, never an empty cup and left with full stomachs. Highly recommend. Food was amazing, burger perfectly cooked to medium well (as asked). DONT FORGET THE BOTTOMLESS FRIES!

First time going, I ordered the ribs and steak fries. They took around 20 minutes to bring out six orders on a busy Friday night which impressed me. I was impressed at the quality of the food and thier sauce they used for the ribs was delicious! The food was worth every penny and I will be going back!

The best customer service we've had in a long time! We were immediately greeted when we walked in and our server was amazing. Very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. When we left the two girls out front wished us a good day with a smile. The small things really matter. Excellent staff!

Saturday night busy restaurant. Was seated right away. Server was absolutely AWESOME!! Very attentive to refills of everything. Food came out really fast was very impressed.

Me and my wife eat here when we first bought a home here 6 years ago and never came back. Was not good at all but they have really stepped up there game as we have now eat there once a week now for a month keep it up price is high but as long as the service and food back that up I'm fine with it and the employees and managers have done that so thanks. We will be back soon

First time experiencing Red Robin and the burgers were phenomenal. The waitress was super attentive and made sure our visit was pleasant. I got the Typhoon Burger and I've never tried truffles before and the aioli on it was amazing. The wife got The Southern Charm and it was super delicious! Definitely will be back .

I tried this place for the first time 3 weeks ago, and I have been back 4 times since. They have been consistently good every single time I have went.

I get the BBQ Wiskey Burger...it is amazing. I keep trying to remember to get pictures, but its so good, I forget almost every time. Today, I remembered, but there are some bites out of my burger. The burger comes with lettuce, but I can't stand lettuce on something warm (I'm weird).

It also comes with unlimited fries. They are very good. For a small upcharge you can get the parmesean garlic fries...they are really good!!

My fiance really like the bacon guacamole burger. He said that one is absolutely delicious. He has also tried the bacon cheeseburger and he said that was good as well.

They have a rewards program that is pretty good as well. Every 10th burger is free. You also get a free burger on your birthday. They will also send you coupons in the mail if you give your address. We got buy one get one 1/2 off and $10 off $40 and some other things.

The food was absolutely delicious and went beyond our expectations of what it would taste like!! Definitely a need to go for a date night or group outting!! The Lemonade was amazing btw!!

Great food and above and beyond great service. Came in and the host mentioned they only had one waitress at the moment so service may be a bit slow. Honestly it was some of the quickest service we've recieved in a long time at a sit in restaurant. The whole staff pulled together to help the waitress with tables and everything flowed as if they were fully staffed. Will definitely be stopping back in the next time we're up that way.

Love everything about the place. The burgers are amazing. Shrimp appetizers hit the spot, too. The tea needs more sugar. It tastes like colored water.

The customer service in this place is unlike any I've ever experienced. They pay great attention to detail. Great food, and wonderful staff. More than that though - we always feel like more than just a number. We feel valued. Fun, energetic atmosphere.
