I just witnessed an elderly lady walking up to the door and the beautician say there you are you had us worried in the kindest voice imaginable. The lady said I thought my appointment was 2:30. The beautician said it oh it was 1:25 but don't worry we'll make it work. Now that is service!

This place is being renamed Midtown Pointe. It's pretty nice. Lots of proffesional offices, medical offices, and a food court that fills up everyday for lunch.
