The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful at this location. They are closing though, so you won't have much more time to shop there. Currently everything is 30% off, which is awesome. But that also means that they don't have everything they normally would because they aren't restocking. I was able to get a Dyson V10 Animal that's regularly $750 for less than $400 though, so I was pretty darn pleased with this shopping trip!

My first stop here. I must say it's sad that this store is closing ☹. Super clean and neat and probably the best, friendly and helpful staff I've ever encountered. This was an entirely new but pleasant experience at a retail store for me. Big thumbs up

I had a really amazing experience! All the ladies working there tonight really deserve a hand because they were extremely personable and helpful! I could really tell that they care about the customer and take pride in their work! They really went out of their way to make sure they could help me anyway possible! They constantly checked on me to make sure I could find everything I needed and were extremely pleasant at check out! I’ll definitely be returning and really appreciate everyone’s help, positive attitude, and eagerness to provide extremely good customer service! They even told me about a product you carried that I didn’t even know existed that solved a pretty prevalent problem I’ve had for a while and I was SOLD!! Can’t wait to see the friendly staff when I return! Please let them know how much I appreciate them!! Thank you so much again!!

So we're excited about our new home, and all the goodies that go with having a 3 bedroom home and spacious kitchen ie: small appliances! We came to Bed Bath & Beyond to look at and learn more about them.
We Totally lucked out!! As we came in we were greeted by the store Manager and Debra, the visiting Manager from Greenville. Debra took us to each department we were interested in and took the time to educate us on the items. Appliances, curtain rods & curtains, sheets, cookware, silverware, etc. We walked the whole store and she was soooo helpful, and patient. Thank you very much Debra! We are very confident about what we'll be purchasing from BB & B in the near future!

Went on looking for some kitchen floor mats and scored some sheets on sale. They sale a range of sheets as we paid 28 bucks for two sets and thre lady in front of us spent 400 bucks for one set.

We recently moved and I have been a frequent visitor to the Strickland, Raleigh NC location. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. MK has gone above and beyond, he has answered everyone of my questions, found a tape measure for me and made me feel like I was doing him a favor! AND they always make sure I have a coupon, I look forward to shopping!

I applaud the absolute dedication to customer service displayed by the manager today. Melisa was courteous and decisive when addressing my concerns and objections to a questionable store policy. She made it right, and she turned a deeply frustrating situation into a deeply satisfying experience. I’ll definitely be back!

One of the best BB&B’s in my opinion. The staff are always so helpful, accommodating, and incredibly friendly!
Emily in particular is a favorite of mine. She is so knowledgeable and just an absolute pleasure!

A truly magical place full of gadgets you would never believe exist. I spent a whole morning here and left with only a water bottle but the trip was worth the price of admission. I could not imagine the amount of kitchen utensils I now see as necessary and practical until I stepped into this place. Beyond was my favorite part.

Bed Bath is the greatest place to shop. The selection is - well, it is almost impossible not to find what you want there. The staff is super nice - and the return policy cannot be better. Can't say enough good things about the Strickland store - and the same goes for the store at Triangle Town Center. This company knows how to treat customers to keep them coming back!

Always a great place to shop. They have pretty much everything I need for the house and even health and beauty supplies. The only negative may be that some of the prices are a little high.

THIS BBB is my favorite location! Their clearance section is a whole other store! I think I've purchased EVERYTHING thing in my home from BBB! When you go, you get it! And the coupons.....O...M...G! #love

So I called ahead to check for and item that was selling fast and not only were they very nice they also reserved it at the front. Great service good varieties.

Love this location. Tucked away and easy to navigate. Love the clearance section in the back. They keep a stock of co2 on hand for my Sodastream!! Friendly and helpful staff.

Great store...everyone so friendly and helpful! We were stocking a new home and they signed us up for a plan that immediately saved us $200.

I've never have any complaints after visiting this location. They always have what I need in stock and the store is consistently organized.

I should not go in this store armed with cash. I bought stuff I didn't even know they made. Love this place.
