IMO this office has always served a need in the community. A couple of years ago when Dr. Espina took over working along with the awesome Dr. Tougus the Clinic has become a true gem for those of us who have suffered with chronic pain. I am probably one of the full success stories that very few know of. I started with the clinic in 2010 and each and every visit I was treated with the utmost respect. Last year with the help of Dr. Espina and Dr. Tougus I was able to get my pain under control. I weaned down off from my pain meds and have been able to treat my pain with OTC's for the past 8 months. But, I assure you if I needed chronic pain relief I would not hesitate visiting Dr. Espina and Dr. Tougus again. Thank You St. Madron Clinic. From a chronic pain success story.

I have had nothing but great experiences from them! They are very careful to make sure they get the right diagnosis the first time and they make sure that you get the best treatment for your situation! I moved here from Washington State where I was using the VA hospital for my treatment and meds but when I got here and went to my first VA appointment at Sparks hospital I felt like I was in hell!!! I have been through three doctors there and I was called a trouble patient and a problem just for asking to be put back on the same pain meds that I had been on in Washington!!! All three of the so called doctors there have been completely worthless, very disrespectful and very damn unprofessional!!! As a matter of fact I have turned them over to Senator Cotton which is a personal friend of mine so I hope they all three end up working at McDonalds!!! St.Madron and its staff are very professional, very helpful and they actually act like they care about me!!!

I love the Dr's and the staff. I see the same people every 28 days so we have all become friends, if one doesn't show up, everyone is concerned. It has a real comfortable feel about the office although the chairs are uncomfortable. Lol love Dr Espina and Staff

I have been with Dr.T since he started in the field of chiropractor late 90s,..great Dr.! Listens and cares! With his help im able to continue to work,which im very thankful for! Thank you Dr.T for being who you are!

Great doctors that actually care. Been going here for yes and this place has done nothing but get better. Made huge improvments since I started. Tougas is a great " Dr."

I REALLY LIKE THEN EVEN THOUGH I WANT TO PUNCH EM SOMETIMES 😂 BUT THEY MEANS WELL AND IS ONLY CONCERNED FOR YOUR HEALTH
I PRAY THAT THEY ARE ABLE TO CONTINUE TO HELP PATIENTS LIKE MYSELF!!
