Very kind people that run this place, I walked in, knew what I needed but didn’t know anything about it, and as soon as I came in an older man greeted me and asked if he could help me with anything, I told him what I was looking for and he took me directly to it and seemed to love his job. That’s customer service right there! We stop frequently. Would recommend this place for sure!

We are really excited to finally have a hardware store in Roland! Everyone who works here is really nice, welcoming, and helpful. They have lots of items and their prices are what you'd expect to find without having to drive all the way to Lowe's or one of the other types of these stores. They also have good deals on products, you just have to drop in and check them out!

I really like this store! They always have what we need, and it saves us a trip into Ft. Smith. The people are always friendly and helpful.

Nice and friendly workers, always find what I need except when swimming pool maintenance is in high demand, other than that a great place to go, always clean and well kept
