RDU Insurance

This review is long overdue. After Jennifer helped out recently and quickly turned around some documents for me while in the middle of a car purchase at the dealership, I wanted to give her and the others at RDU Insurance a shout out. They've always been responsive, helpful, and great to deal with. We've been with their office for over 10 years, maybe 15, and have always received excellent customer service.

We have been working with RDU Insurance for a number of years for our Auto and Home insurance needs. They are always extremely helpful and thorough reviewing changes/requests from us and often will propose alternatives that best meet our need. In the past year they helped us with a new home purchase and RV insurance. Lisa and Jennifer do such a great job; we couldn't be happier!

I have been an RDU Insurance customer for many, many years. I have been so pleased with the compassionate and caring customer service provided by Jennifer, Lisa and the other members of their staff. They truly have your best interests in mind and do everything that they can to help you with your policies.

I have been a customer of RDU Insurance for many years and have always found them to be fair, reputable and honest in all aspects of the insurance business. They may not always have the the most inexpensive insurance products but have always been competitive and well worth the extra few dollars in exchange for prompt, professional, and personalized service. In this day and age of impersonable global offshore customer service representatives, dealing with a local knowledgeable insurance representative who genuinely has your best interests at heart is very important to me and should be for most people when it comes to protecting their family and personal belongings.

RDU Insurance Companny (Erie Insurance) is a great company to work with. I have been with them for over 20 years and have always had great service,accurate information, and prompt return phone calls. My go-to person is Jennifer who has always provided me with excellent service. I highly reccomend RDU Insurance for all your home and auto needs

RDU Insurance has been a great company to work with. Been with them for over 20 years. I've recently moved to FL, where they do not write policies, so I'm having to find a new agent. Friendly, efficient hometown service! I had a real challenge recently finding affordable car insurance after adding a teen and additional vehicle to my coverage. Recently I had a challenge with my auto insurance getting mixed with my old policy through the previous agent. Jennifer was very helpful in helping to straighten out the issue. I would recommend Jennifer and RDU highly! She gets a gold STAR this week.

In the last 5 years I have made numerous changes to my insurance policies, and had to file several claims. With kids learning to drive then moving onto college, going through a mid life crisis buying faster toys (LOL) and getting married selling and buying a home I have made many requests of MY Insurance Agency. The service I have received has been second to none. The ladies at RDU have helped me more than I can describe. I have every policy I can handled through the Holly Springs RDU Insurance Agency. When I have needed help I never feel like I am standing alone. They are always there to support me. Even though there is a whole cast of folks that have helped me, I would like to make a special to Jennifer and Lisa who always make the experience like feel family.

I recently moved my Auto, Home and Boat insurance to RDU as my service was poor with my existing provider . RDU's staff were courteous and vey knowledgeable as the reviewed all options to ensure a good fit. Rates were slightly lower while coverage was broader and met all of my needs .
I would highly recommend RDU for all your insurance needs.

Jennifer is the BEST! I have called many times for help and this girl comes through every time! Whenever... I need something done...within a day she gets it done! My insurance is with Erie and I love the rates I am getting. I have saved a lot of money after leaving Allstate. I really don't know the other people in the office but, they all seem very pleasant. I don't ever have to visit the office because Jennifer makes it so easy. I just call or email her and she takes care of it. Great customer service!

Always responsive and professional. I was on the way to DMV with my daughter to transfer the title to her new car into her name.
