Jon was incredibly accommodating and honest. He's been around cars his whole life and knows what he's doing. Jon was in a position where he could have easily taken advantage of me as I was on a long drive over a holiday weekend far from home and had some issues that needed immediate attention with no other garages open for another day or two. He actually gave me a great deal and told me that he's not trying to screw people over and just likes helping people. I was on the road faster than I thought I would be. Thanks Jon

I got stuck in town on the way to Burlington with a bad alternator (my car literally lost power as I pulled into Classic Auto). It was Saturday and they were closed, but I called the number and explained the situation and they couldn't have been more helpful. The owner was babysitting his kid, but let us into the office to stay warm (it was winter at the time) while we called some friends to try to get picked up. He graciously agreed to find us a new alternator and install it the next day, Sunday, while we stayed with local friends. We were outside our AAA tow zone so if he hadn't been able to help us we would have been in big trouble. On top of being super nice he charged us a totally fair price, even though it was his weekend off and we were in a tough spot. We aren't locals so he was in a position to gouge us but didn't. 5 stars all day. He totally saved us, and did great work.
