This place is fantastic! We ordered the ham and cheese croissant, cinnamon roll, oat milk latte and cortado. Everything was perfect. The oat milk was perfectly foamed. The croissant was delicious with all the right textures and flavors. The cinnamon roll was the right amount of sweet. On top of all that, the atmosphere, service, building, and eco-friendly minded business practices are on point! I'm so glad we stopped in.

Bent Willow is an absolute gem of a coffee shop and bakery! From the moment you step inside, you are welcomed into a warm and cozy atmosphere that instantly feels like home. The decor and comfy seating make it the perfect spot to unwind…for all ages.

Their drinks are simply divine. Every sip is a burst of flavor that instantly makes your mouth curl into a smile. Whether you enjoy cappuccinos, lattes, or herbal teas, they have something for everyone. Personally, I'm addicted to their matcha with honey lavender foam. (And the Pumpkin Patch latte in the Fall!)

And the baked goods…AMAZING. Each pastry is a melt-in-your-mouth masterpiece. The croissants are flaky perfection, and their cinnamon rolls are the stuff of dreams. It's impossible to resist their freshly baked treats and breads.

The staff are friendly making every visit a delight. It’s like walking in and catching up with old friends.

If you haven't experienced Bent Willow yet, you're missing out on a true culinary haven. I can't recommend it enough. ☕🤎 🥐

Really, really great little coffee shop with the best pasties and coffee in town... and everyone knows it. It will always be crowded, and it will take you a long time to get your coffee.

We got our wedding cake from there and it was delicious. Probably one of the best cakes that I’ve had. We got two different flavors and they were both amazing!! 100% recommend for wedding cakes !

Really enjoyed my visit here. Had a brown sugar latte, which was good and shared a few pastries, which were amazing. The ginger scone was the best scone I have ever tried, and the polenta pimento biscuit was a really unique savory option. The pastries arent your typical classics, allof them are elevated and have unique thoughtful twists. Enjoyed it so much that i got a few things to go to have on a hike.

Came in on a saturday and was a bit upset they were closed sunday and monday (heading back home monday) because I could have came back every day of my trip.

The Pumpkin Spice Latte, Gluten Free Cinnamon Swirl Cake, and overall atmosphere is great!

I.T Review: Great little place to work remote from. Wi-Fi is good enough for video conference connection, although please be respectful of others sitting around you when on a call.

Simply perfect. Very mellow, quaint and just lovely.

Having lived in NYC, SF, etc I am hard to impress. But Bent Willow did just that. Their baked goods are world class.

I am so grateful for this little coffee shoppe. The others I've tried in Franklin are extreme right wing (ONN on TV), overly evangelical (loud Christian rock music), a dark smelly bar, or otherwise problematic.

Skip all that and just go here. 💙

I have been complaining about the lack of a good bread bakery in this region for years. Bent Willow is a dream come true! Everything is superb! We drove an hour to try this bakery (and hike in the area). I immediately suggested we come every weekend. The baguette! Finally an incredible rustic loaf worthy of its name! The pastries. Beautiful and delicious. I can't wait to return. Well done!

The BEST bakery in WNC. Hand made classical pastries and breads are made daily. The coffee is excellent the menu rotates seasonally. Everything is delicious, even the gluten free items!! A must try if you live here or are just visiting.

Excellent bakery and coffee place. We sat on the porch and had espresso drinks, focaccia, and croissants. Everything was delicious and the people working here are super nice. I hope they expand their food selection soon because this is an awesome place to hang out with family and friends. The vibe and decor are the best in the area. Don’t miss!

My son and I went for coffee and a pastry. Just want to say this place was just quaint and cozy. Coffee, pastries and service were fantastic. This is must stop when in town visiting, or if your a local and just want to chill. UB

Highly recommend. Beautiful spot in downtown Franklin with great coffee drinks and baked goods. One of a kind. Nothing like this in Franklin. A must stop for any out of town visitor or local.

Wonderful little bakery hidden away in a Victorian style home with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Order at the counter, then find a cozy spot somewhere in the house to relax with friends or curl up to a book while eating fresh baked goods and made to order coffees and teas.

Holy cow. This place is amazing! We stopped in for some coffee and ended up buying one of everything. Their focaccia bread is to die for and EVERY pastry we got was outstanding. I hope life crosses my path with this bakery again. If you are in town GO!!!!! The place is so beautiful, they wrap all your goodies up so delicately in pretty packaging, and the staff is outstanding.

This place is so cute!! The staff is so nice and the coffee is AMAZING. I’m a barista in GA and this is one of my favorite spots in Franklin when I come up. Always consistent and so good. The food is home made and their sourdough is the best I’ve ever had! Definitely coming back every time I’m up here!

This is the best coffee shop/bakery in Franklin! In fact it rivals most in NYC and is definitely in my top ten of all times. The baked goods are fresh and made to perfection. Flavors like apple pie cookie or cherry cookies, hazelnut and apricot scones etc. The cookies are perfectly crispy on the edges and chewy in the center. The cinnamon roll is small but the butter is to die for!! The coffee was surprisingly great! It’s a medium roast (I love dark roast) and the cocoa sweetness notes were amazing. The decor is what hipster Brooklynites and Manhattanites aim for with that southern homey wood feel yet fail! No pretentiousness here!!! We wish we had time to sit and relax while enjoying our baked goods/coffee but time was short when we came across this gem! We also would have ordered the fresh baked breads!!! The staff was welcoming and friendly. This business needs to get listed on other apps like Yelp! We are glad to not have missed out on the experience! Had we known about it, we probably would have gone every day of our trip!

The atmosphere of this mountain coffee shop was immaculate. The coffee was a little on the pricier side, but it was excellent. Highly recommend stopping and visiting for a while.

So glad we stumbled upon this place this week. Holy crackers. It is soooo good. Great coffee, amazing pastry, and the bread.....forget about it. You need this in your life. Trust me.
