A full deli staffed with caring people who go out of their way to meet you needs. I can't say enough good things about Franklin Food Lion. Now that I have reach that age I have to say it is very elderly friendly. Wide Aisle, Small store so your not exhausted like walking from one zip code to another. and Super Friendly will to help staff for all your needs. Give them a try I know you will love the as much as I do.

I LOVE LOVE LUV THIS STORE. The meat is the best you can buy, the atmosphere is peaceful, staff is wonderful. There is nothing I can say that is not positive... Go and see for yourself...

Newly remodeled store. Very clean and laid out. They still have a couple of refrigerators to fill. Very nice employees. Today, Feb 19, until 4, they are having a remodeling giveaway. Also, they are handing out 5 dollar coupons.

Love this place, wish the meat prices would go down though.

This store has been completely updated and restored. Everything is fresh and clean. A great place to shop. They have a very extensive selection of food at reasonable prices.

I am very impressed with the Franklin Food Lion, I recently moved back here from Waynesville and this is the nicest Food Lion I have seen, I been to about three different locations, the store was stocked and clean, very impressive!

The newly remodeled store looks great. They had a nice selection. Had everything i needed and more. Also tried out the chicken by the deli, it was delicious & fresh

One of the nicest physical grocery locations in town, Food Lion is comparable with the old Bi-Lo which it replaced and the several Ingles markets in town. As far as selection it is more than adequate (some of the best quality and variety of produce around Franklin). The facility is clean and the staff are great (especially, but not limited to Dolly, who is a spectacular manager.)

Food Lion staff who remained through the change from Bi-Lo also seem to agree that Food Lion is a better company to work for, too.

I have a great shopping experience here. The aisles are tidy and the store is kept clean. I even found a few new items I have not seen in other grocery stores nearby. Very pleased!

I really like this store. They have some really nice workers there. The food is good and there's some good deals and that helps during this growing inflation.

Just got home from Food Lion, saved almost $15. Today. Everyone is very helpful and if you can't find an item,they will walk with you and show you where it is. Great customer service from everyone!

My regular shopping place! Love it!

Very clean store. All shelves and sections are stocked. Prices are lower here than at home. Everyone is very courteous and friendly. Alcoholic beverages are sold here. Beer and wine. Everything you need is under one roof. Fantastic grocery store. I highly recommend this establishment.

They seem to have a very good choice of ethnic foods, hope they keep it up. A computer available to the public would be nice, I seem to always be chasing someone down, asking questions, and they "don't work in that department". Why don't ALL store have a computer for customers?

Great place for good food and prices

Great deals, easy to find, and clean and fresh produce. Easy to checkout always cashier available or easy to use self checkout.

Ordered my son a birthday cake for his party and the folks in the bakery did a killer job!
