Came in because something broke while we were traveling through and they were right across the street. These guys were so nice, gave my pups treats and lifted the car to see what was going on. Had me in and out in 15 mins and back on the road. Thank you guys so much, you made a situation that could have been stressful very easy breezy. Would recommend!!

My new favorite place! With my car my oil changes are normally around low $70's and I paid $40 for a syn. blend oil change at GT! NOT TO MENTION, THEY HAD ALL THIS INFO FOR ME THAT WAS VERY GOOD TO KNOW ABOUT A LIGHT THAT WAS ON AND I DIDN'T EVEN ASK ABOUT IT!
LADIES! This is for you specifically...I have been to auto body shops and the guys there try to say all the stuff is wrong with my car to jack up the price cuz the ASSUME I don't know what they're talking about! It makes me so mad! I've even had a place that shall remain nameless tell me, "ok, we have your car done Mrs Harvey, so if you could have your husband give us a call so we can explain what all we did!!!" I'm like what??! Tell me, it's my car!!!" Anyways, my point is these guys are wonderful at explaining everything they did and give advice about when the best time to get things replaced.. And you can tell they really just care. For example: they will say, "just make sure you go get that done somewhere before winter." Not saying anything about even coming back to them! And honestly, it makes me WANT to go back!

This is the most honest car repair shop you could hope for. Tom and his guys are knowledgeable and friendly. Tom always takes the time to explain what he's doing to customers. He makes recommendations based on what's right for the car and the customer, not what will make him money. Prices are extremely reasonable, and the work is always done well. The only downside: you usually have to schedule service a week out, since they are so busy. But that's a testament to how many people love this place! But in a pinch, they've let me stop by just on a moment's just to look at something, or do a quick emergency repair that didn't require a bay. I'm a customer for life!

I brought my car in with slightly squeaky rear brakes. I expected to need new brakes, but they told me the brakes still have about half their life left and that the squeak was from a little rust.

I appreciate their honesty. A lot of other places would have just given me new brakes since I didn’t know better. I’ll be bringing my car here from now on.

I've been going to GT's Automotive for the past six years. I am very grateful for Tom and his hard working crew. Going to Tom's has gives me the piece of mind, that he will fix the problem and he is fair with his pricing. I always tell him, " You better not retire because we need an excellent shop like yours...love the whole team there!!!!!

This place is the best. We feel like we can trust them completely. Tom has always been great to work with and I wouldn't bring my truck to any other place. He always explains our options and we never feel way pay more than we should have.

These guys are the best! Moved to STL a few years ago and was looking for a go to, trustworthy auto shop and luckily I found them. You can tell Tom and his crew are looking out for your best interest. They never try and sell anything unless you need it and they always have the best advice. Very reasonably priced as well. Would definitely recommend!

Went to GT's the first time to have brakes installed on my car, which they did an incredible job with at an outstanding price. Ever since I have had all work/maintenance done by GT's - and they always excel with their work. Have never found a more fair, honest, and knowledgeable auto-mechanic that can handle everything from oil changes to that random rattle noise no-one can figure out. Their team goes the extra mile, and it shows. Will continue to have my car serviced at GT's, thanks again Tom!

You'll never find a more knowledgeable, affordable, and honest car repair shop. Tom is friendly and takes the time to explain everything about your car. They can do everything from simple State inspections to major engine repairs and tires. Tom and Dan go the extra mile to help, which is why I recommend GT's Automotive to everyone. They are conveniently located at Hwy 44 and Big Bend.

Tom is great to work with. He is always welcoming, friendly, and honest. You won’t get taken for a ride. He took on a repair job that another shop wouldn’t touch. Great business. They also accept the Wex fleet card.

Id give 10 stars if i could. I was really surprised from the first phone call how nice and patient these guys are cause thats not always the case with a mechanic shop. Tom was happy to help and was really patient trying to figure out pricing and what i needed done on y car. They got me in fast and had the car done in a day. The repairs make a notable difference with how smooth and controlled my car now drives. Tom was also really welcoming of the fact that im a gay man and called my husband my hubby. Something small like that is actually huge and can make someone feel really safe and welcome in a world thats not always safe for LGBT community. So thank you guys! I will surely be back and support your business!!

Helped me get my old guy that had been sitting a couple years running again. Very happy with the work and the prices were very reasonable.

I dont live in this state. On my way to my family's house I got a flat tire and they got me in quickly. I had 2 small kids with me that had been in a car for 6 hours so they are antsy and crabby. They were welcoming, patient and friendly. I wish I lived in this area because I would use them over any other automotive shop. Highly recommend this place they are amazing.

This automotive shop is great. You can talk to them like normal people and are honest. I've used them for some major jobs like timing belt and WP, with no problems.

I recently had a safety/emmisions test done and they only flagged one thing I knew was an issue. Instead of trying to sell me a whole exhaust they fixed a simple gasket problem.

Tom and the gang are the bomb. I don't speak car, but Tom breaks things down so people like me can understand. The shop is affordable, and they are not trying to sell you stuff that you do not need. I see the word 'honest' in a lot of the reviews, and that really is the best description of their shop.

Tom and his staff are the best and even change the oil on my exotic for pennies compared to the dealer with the same level of knowledge. Great guys known them for years. Prius experts too in case you have one you need worked on .

I appreciated Tom's thorough description of the work they performed. My wife and I had a great experience there. We are new to the area and will definitely go back to GT's Automotive.
