I had a zero wait time on a Monday arriving at 9:45am. The lady working was so helpful and made my situation so much better. So thankful for the smooth helpful process and appreciate the kindness. No idea why they would have any less than 5stars rating.

I just had to show my marriage licence . Copy of my husband I'd. He has lost his sscard but I don't need it since he was already in the system. I applied for my retirement off of my husband's. And the next week I had my first check. ..

I would like to express our thanks to this office for their help to myself and my wife that had to call separately. We spoke to two different people there but received quick and outstanding service. Both ladies listened to what we had to say and fixed the issue quickly.

I had to call 3 times to get specific information, so that i was clear on what i was doing. Spoke to Tim each time and he was very patient and helpful. Thanks

Easy in and out in Friday. Only two clients ahead of me. Friendly and helpful staff. They still have covid protocols going and provide masks. I was surprised by how helpful this federal agency was in providing service. Exceeded my expectations.

Closed on a Monday ? . It's the Fed's that are hurting the tax payers . I'm trying to get my social security disability started . It's even worse on the phone . Wait times are bad just to make a few changes .

You have to give one star I’d rather not! This place needs all new employees or the supervisors be fired! No one will return your phone call. Been trying to talk to someone for 2 months now. Been on hold hour in half! This is not ok at all! Serve your community ok let someone else that easy.

My mother went down to adjust her information with my father's death certificate who had recently passed this month. During the interview with the administrator he was very hostile and accusatory for literally no reason to the point where someone had to step in and tell him to lose his attitude. If you have 0 situational awareness or are unable to read a room, find a different job that doesnt require people skills.

I got my new social security card in a timely manner however I DID NOT GET MY DOCUMENTS BACK!!! I want them back. It says they should have been returned with a letter I received

I have called the Miami, Oklahoma office eight times within ten days. No phone call, no response. Nothing. I was connected with someone not even from the office who sent an email to my "representative" telling him to call me. Nothing. If you can't do you job, get another one.

Very bad customer service . a lady hung up on me 3 times and refuse to let me talk with someone else. Its been over 2 months and still havent recieved my ssc. She rfused to help me .

You need to update your website or Google. It said you were open from 9-3 today, Wednesday and when my husband got there with my aunt and mother, the office had closed at noon. Not good. That is a waste of had and an hour drive.

I've called for days and first you can't get a live person then they tell you they will call you back in X amount of time and you never hear from them. Guess I'll have to go camp out at their office.

Call the 1-800 number. These people don't answer the phone.

No help at getting a replacement SS card for my son.
