The gentleman working was extremely helpful. He was also very knowledgeable about every thing we asked about in the store. He showed us how to set up the vape pen, add the vape juice to it and told us how to maintain the products we bought. He could speak from personal experience on the products, strength and usage for smoking cessation. Great customer service.

Why is this store never open when it says it is??? Jake was always on time, where did he go? Other than that wanna say that Jim is an amazing guy, he's willing to help in anyway possible and work with you on stuff. Unlike other employees not gonna mention names but he only likes to serve friends it seems like he could care less about anyone else. But I still give a five star just because of Jim

Leaving a 5 star for this location, but the nicotine situation in spruce pine really needs to be dealt with, I can't but more juice from there until it is. I have bought a 12 twice, and both times it gave me the feel of being between a 0 and a 3. Now, I may be wrong, but I've been vaping for almost 5 years and have to say that I get much for of a throat feel with a 12 than I do with the juice I get there. She did offer for me to come back, but I feel like it shouldn't come to that, customers should get what they want correctly, not have to come back if they aren't satisfied. Other than the nicotine level, your staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Store is always clean and prices are average from what I can tell.

Jim and Jake are always extremely helpful and go out of their way to provide great service 100% of the time. You will not find better prices in any vape shop. They also carry only high quality juices and devices. If you're looking to quit smoking, this place is the best. I can say that because this place is the reason I made the choice. Service is fast and friendly and also extremely clean. It is locally owned and just the best by far!!!! I have been into several vape shops and this place out does any of the rest. Very friendly, helpful, and patient staff. Steven answered all my questions and made sure I got the products that fit my needs. They also have an impressive selection of juices! Really nice experience shopping here and I plan to return.

Awesome people that are very knowledgeable about their products. They have the cheapest premium e liquid prices I have found anywhere. Their RDA and Mod selection is awesome and very well priced. They also have a great selection on pod systems for salt nic users or those who like a stealthy vape. Been going here for about a year now and it's become my only go to vape shop.

Awesome vape shop nestled in beautiful Burnsville. Jake was awesome. So informative and very helpful. We talked about hardware and making coils and gave me suggestions to better my building. They will help you make you make an informed purchase rather than just sell you something. They are very supportive of other vape shops in the area and of the vaping community period. Take the few extra minute drive to visit them.
