Joshua was amazing. Very helpful and more knowledgeable. I'm very impressed with his service even though I did not buy phone there. I also feel a bit guilty. I will give them a call in the future b4 I buy on line.

Alberto was awesome helping us with our latest upgrade to an iphone 13. He’s a 6-star rock star!! He had such patience with us as tech-challenged baby-boomers long overdue for an upgrade. Nice to have his local, friendly expertise nearby.

I was frustrated with my new phone which did not arrive with everything needed nor clear instructions. Aleshia at the Burnsville Verizon store was patient and very smart as she put things to rights. Her intelligence and thoughtful service are a credit to the company.

I spoke with Joe as I have been having issues with my phone & had a bad experience with a customer service representative earlier that morning. He was polite, informative, and was able to get my older phone working better. He was honest about what options I have with being as my phone is older. I appreciate the fact he actually listened to me and what I had tried with my phone. If I get can get to a point where I can afford to upgrade, I will definately give him my business.

Alberto was very patient and helpful. My husband and I are older, and sometimes we don’t understand how to problem shoot our phones. Alberto’s expertise really showed when he new exactly what to do to fix our phone. We were in and out in about 10 minutes. We’re contemplating getting a new IPad in the near future.

Adrian was very helpful and efficient with the service he gave me. I needed an IPhone case and screen protector and he made the best recommendations and even installed both for me on the spot. Afterwards he offered to inform me when the new Iphones are released. Everyone there was courteous and wore masks.

Got in and out in a timely fashion which is no great feat for buying a phone and watch. Excellent customer service. Staff professional and courteous. I had to go back and ask a question after I left on the initial visit and got a quick answer. I would rather do business here than in a larger store because you are treated like a person and not a number.

Just busted the screen on my Note 9, and went straight to the Verizon store in Burnsville. I received great customer service! They really went out of their way to help me and I got a great deal on a new phone! Thanks so much Joshua!

I visited the store on 4/46/21. Rayana Hicks was awesome. She assisted everyone who came through the door, sometimes two or three people at once. I had a great experience at this store.

Joe was very welcoming and helpful. I’m sorry that I did not purchase my Apple 11 IPhone from him. I did purchase the “liquid glass” screen protector from him. I will also be back if I need any accessories.

Very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, capable employees always willing to help, go the extra mile. This is a business operated by people. Real people who get lunch breaks, bathroom breaks, etc. If I don't get immediate service, employees always take care of me in a reasonable amount of time. I've been with them for years, always a good experience.

I had dropped and damaged my phone. Went to this Verizon center to change it. The service was fast, efficient, informative and I walked out with a newer and more updated phone. Very glad to be a client of Russell Celular (Verizon)

I have been a customer since we started coming to Burnsville and have always had great service. If something isn’t working with my phone or tablet (which was purchased at Russel) they have always been able to fix it.
