Very informative and friendly young lady working there. I appreciate your help. The device I purchased malfunctioned so she replaced it. She told me how to check the warranty info in the box for future reference. Good thing cuz a week later it would not charge. It light up green when connected to charger but then when I try to use it, it flashes red and will not work. I’ll be contacting the brand that makes them for a claim. Thanks to being made aware of the warranty of coarse. You’d be surprised how far common decency will go these days.

Really surprised by some of the other reviews. The two people working at the time were pleasant and helpful. Steered me directly to the product that I needed to purchase which was appropriately priced. They had a cute little shop pup running around and it felt like an ideal little smoke shop. Will definitely use again in the future if I'm in the region.

I'm not a family member or a friend of anyone in this company. I moved to Burnsville a little over a year ago and have been using this shop ever since I've got here and have gotten nothing but great service and great products and if they didn't know anything they didn't act like they did .i "highly" recommend them !!!!

I think this is a great smoke shop. The staff and owners are very knowledgeable about all there products. They are always very polite an helpful. I was reading over some of the other reviews. An one especially from someone named lil angle. She practically wrote a whole book.... complaining because she couldn't get something for free!!!!! Face it things break!!!! An you are told when you buy products like that to try them out before you leave!!!! So sounds like your problem. You act like $200 is some big deal, an gives you the rite to slam a good company with super great employees who dress very professional

I am not from the area but I stopped in here hoping for some directions and ended up spending over $200 in this store! The people are so friendly and explained each product before I bought it. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area. Tell Ashley I said hello if you do, she was so sweet.

This is one of the best smoke shops hands down! Their products are amazing, the owners are absolutely wonderful and definitely know their stuff! I highly recommend stopping in to see their wide variety of things!

Just moved to NC less than a month ago, already my go to vape shop. Everyone's friendly, great atmosphere!

Its awesome to see a smoke shop open in Burnsville! Perfect little shop packed with all the goodies you could possibly need. Staff was kind, and willing to answer any questions and allow to view inventory closer. Will definitely be a returning customer and spreading the word about SMH.

The best vape store ive been to in nc awesome employees great prices. Had a vape break and they replaced it!. Most vapes stores have lost integrity!
