Carolina Complete Dental

I'm the first to admit I am the biggest baby when it comes to the dentist. I'm a pretty tough person and can hang with the best of them but when it's dentist time you would think I'm the biggest coward. I walk into this office and everyone is so nice, sweet, and supportive. I normally get the gas for any dental appointment but today I did it without the gas! I had a sweet therapy dog on my lap the whole time. I had anxiety but that little buddy just snoring away made me settle in for the ride. When I left and everyone heard I didn't use the gas, they clapped. I love the support, and service. This team is absolutely amazing and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of services. I could go on and on about the amazing ways they have helped me in the past and I continue to use them because of the quality of service they provide and the amazing people that work there.

From the moment I walked into the office to the time I left I felt nothing but positive vibes.

I've always been afraid to go to the dentist because of past experiences. Not any more!
The doctors, dental hygienist (Jess was AMAZING, love her!), nurses and receptionists are all so nice and welcoming.

Finding a good dental office is just as important if not more important than a good primary care physician. I highly recommend this practice to anyone and everyone!

Dr. Barganier and his staff are just wonderful. His staff remembered me by name and he took special care to make sure that my dentures were just right. I am so thankful. Now I have a smile to be proud of.

I’ve been coming to this practice since 1995! Even when I moved to NC for a short 5 years, I planned trips back to the area around my appointment dates. Kim and ( now) Dr B, help me keep my teeth and gums in tip-top shape, which is no small task when you’re prone to gingivitis! Would never consider going anywhere else. They’re the BEST!

Love the staff. The young lady that did my care work up did not explain to me the costs very well or I could have gotten my teeth cleaned the day I went to est care. No Biggy. Will keep going. All the lady's were super sweet. Dr. Williams I believe her name was, was GREAT!

I have been with this dental office for many years and it has always been the best service. This time Kim did my cleaning and had her dog Tully over. Tully is patients emotional support dog, so if the patient doesn’t mind, he lays on their lap while the procedure is done. Tully laid on my lap and was all so cute and warm, it really made my day. I think it is a great idea to have an emotional support animal over! Great job, CCD! Great job Kim and Tully!

I highly recommend Carolina Complete Dental. They make you feel very comfortable and welcoming. I'm totally satisfied with all of the work done on my teeth. It's very clean. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Britney and Dr. Williams are amazing. I have a mother with Dementia that sometimes has dental issues and they remember her, she is beginning to remember them and it’s so comforting to me to have mom always see the same faces and most of all everyone taking the time to listen and explain things to mom that she understands. So blessed!!!

The staff and doctors are fantastic. My first time going and I had an emergency. Unbelievable they worked me in! Everyone was professional and courteous. I have always had a fear of dentist, but was made to feel completely comfortable. I have another appointment on Friday and actually looking forward to it. Not only did they work me in as a first time patient but treated me as though I was a long time patient and a person. When I walked out I had two different plans to choose from for future appointments. There was no rush and they answered all my questions. A fantastic dental office from entering the office until I left. Would highly recommend, you won't be disappointed.

I have now visited this office 4 times. Id recently moved to the area and ended up breaking a good chunk of a molar off. Mrs. Lucy at the front desk got me in for an appointment the day after i had called to have it treatment planned. All my concerns were addressed and they were able to schedule me in within about 2 weeks since there was a holiday coming up that understandably pushed it out. Dr. B did an amazing job on my crown making sure I was comfortable during the process and that everything felt great with getting a same day crown. Went back shortly after for my cleaning that was long overdue and the hygienist did an amazing job. Just had where a crown on my front tooth felt like it was starting to come loose and again Mrs. Lucy did an amazing job for scheduling and was able to get me in later in the day that I had called. Dr. B was again just as amazing as before with addressing my concerns and doing a small adjustment to my crown. This office is truly amazing and I would more then recommend it!

This team is amazing! I love that they offer early morning appointments that get me in and out before I have to be at work. I won’t go anywhere else.

My wife needed extensive dental work and all the staff from the Doctor, the techs to the front office are simply the best. So glad we choose them

Everyone from the doctor to the assistants and the front desk personnel are helpful and caring. They took the time to answer all my questions and are extremely professional.

Having recently moved to SC, I was referred to Carolina Complete Dental by my parents, who have been patients for several decades and very pleased with the care they have received over the years. First visit was exam & x-rays. The staff was extremely friendly and thorough. I haven’t been to a dentist in awhile so there’s work to do. Dr. Barganier said overall my teeth were healthy and he thanked me for taking good care of them - I’ve never had a dentist *thank* me for taking care of my own teeth! 😂 The plan was formulated and we discussed the steps and approximate timing, working with my needs and schedule.

Thank you, Lucy, Nichole, Dr. Barganier and Rhonda for a very positive experience! I’m looking forward to having a smile of which I can be proud!
