Please teach your cashier how to load green dot cards. I walked up to the counter and had a $100 bill in my hand and before I could say anything she says I don’t have change for that ok first of all I didn’t say I needed change so I tell her I don’t need change I just need to load my green dot card then she tells me she can’t for me to go to family dollar cause their machine is down well u don’t load it on a machine u do it at the register smh 🤦‍♀ I went to the one on St James and he had no problem loading it. Your cashier there is loosing u business smh poor customer service!!!

Very poor customer service. I went there and the cops were called. The overnight attendant tried to attack me.Being that I am woman of trans experience he was a little standoff ish prior to me entering the building but the transphobia took over and he could not hide it anymore so instead he uttered menacing and threatening words towards me.
