We often get whatever special drink there is a deal for on the app and are never disappointed at this location. It looks like it does in the pictures, we’re in and out fast, and they don’t seem to go too light or too heavy on the ingredients. It seems like they really care and put love into their menu items.

I came through the drive thru and was blown away at the GREAT customer service. On top of that best Pumkin spice signature latte I have had! God bless y’all!

This was my first visit to this location since moving to Goose Creek. They didn't have the particular donuts that I wanted, however, they did offer a couple of similar alternatives. Now keep in mind, it was mid morning and some Dunkin locations sell several dozens early. The coffee was hot and fresh! Yet, it was the customer service that was the best part of this visit. They politely greeted each customer that walked in and engaged in conversation with each person with a smile! I would definitely recommend this location!

Every day before work they are my go to. I normally do the mobile order and go through the drive through. This morning while running errands, I decided to grab my favorite drink. Line through the drive through was super long. So I decided to just go inside. Those ladies and that one gentleman were busting their tails. Super polite and helpful. I get it’s easy to be kind of impatient, but trust me they are working really hard and still remaining super polite. Thank you to all of them for their hard work and smiles on their faces.
Btw the hashbrowns with the jalapeño cheese sauce, and bacon is absolutely amazing!!

Great coffee! Great atmosphere, awesome merchandise, delicious donuts and a selection to choose from, delicious coffee! Coffee is better than Starbucks and if you are in the lobby you get free refills. Plus they have free Wi-Fi an outdoor seating with umbrellas.

The price of corn finally went down 50. An ear this weeks corn is so sweet imo

The staff, esp the miss on the mic, was super helpful with my order (I had never been to Dunkin’ before, shocker I know) but it was my coworkers birthday so I was getting drinks and donuts. She helped me figure out what to get, super patient and kind. That’s so rare these days but it makes the world a better place. She deserves a raise but no idea what her name is. It’s Tuesday morning 1-25-22 (0815) so if her boss sees this, please praise her for making this place great.

I love Dunkin coffee. We go here when we can. I did not get any food.

I come to this location on my way to work a couple times a week and their employees are the nicest people!

We just spent a week in the area from out of state and visited this Dunkin daily-the people are so genuine and the friendliest we’ve encountered on our trip, the donuts are so fresh and soft, and the drinks are made perfectly!

Service was nice and polite. I brought my wife and we had a great time dining in a small place. The staff kept the chat w us even after we sat. A wonderful place

The manager this morning 11/2 was so so nice. I don’t leave too many reviews but when someone deserves a 5 star review I give it! Not sure her name, but she’s great!

This store has a small parking lot but great fast and friendly service. My mocha latte was amazing! Perfect place to visit on a hot day for awesome cold coffee beverages.

Mobile order for Drive through. Quick and tasty

I have to say that this location is one of the best I’ve ever been to! No matter what time of day, everyone here is always super nice and they get my order done quickly and perfectly every single time (And I know how crazy it can get in the mornings)! I’ve come a few times lately in the busy mornings and no matter how long the line is I’m usually out of it in 5-10 minutes max. They’re killing it here!😁

This was my first time visiting Dunkin' Donuts. Jordan W., my attendant, was quite friendly AND patient in helping me fill a relatively sizable order. His customer-centricity was quite evident in his dealings a couple who was seated nearby. Conversational and very helpful. With employees like him, am eager to make another visit to that location.

His service won me over to offer future patronage to that store.
