Hampton Inn by Hilton Chattanooga East Ridge

Friendly staff! Room was nice and a decent size. Shower was modern and amazing. There are great restaurants right at the edge of the parking lot. I recommend Jonathans for happy hour!
Breakfast is included and was delicious. I highly recommend staying here.

After driving 6 hours on the interstate, what a relief to find such a clean, comfortable room! The sheets were amazing. That alone could have sold me, but the room was very clean, the bed slept like a dream and the room decor was chic and beautiful. Another added feature was the bar on the shower that was perfect for shaving your legs. The towels were also thick and absorbent. The breakfast is you normal restaurant breakfast, but the breakfast attendee was so extremely nice! I wish I had gotten her name. She had shorter brown hair. So friendly to all the guests! Overall, a wonderful stay on our way home from vacation!

Very clean rooms and overall facility. Nice location with several restaurants within walking distance. Continental breakfast had an excellent variety of options.

Great hotel! Room was very clean, breakfast in the morning was good. Hotel is in a perfect location right off the highway with lots of restaurants around.

After many disappointing Hampton stays, the East Ridge location was a refreshing change. For one, it is nice (the Lookout Mtn location did this as well and it is much appreciated!) as a Diamond member to be upgraded. In my three plus years as a Diamond member, only Chattanooga locations have done this!!! The room was trendy, modern and had a convenient layout. The location is also top-notch, with Pizza Bros (the best pizza in Chattanooga) within walking distance. Also noteworthy is the breakfast set-up. I know this is a small thing, but thank you for putting the waffle irons in the front! That way, when people are making waffles, they aren’t in other peoples’ way when other guests are trying to get around them making toast, cereal, etc that aren’t as time consuming. Out of all of the Hamptons (and I stay in A LOT of them from East to West), this is my favorite! LHB.

Service was great! They actually (unlike all other Hamptons on the trip for past five nights) actually paid attention to the note and put me on top floor WITHOUT having to request while there. Rooms were quiet and clean.

Great staff, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful (especially Ginger at the front desk). The room was clean with no odors. The breakfast was good and more than plentiful. Enjoyed all for a fair price. For what more could you ask?

Rooms were clean and staff pleasant during my one night stay while traveling for work.

I never leave reviews but the staff here was really great. We stayed Friday, April 7. The gentleman who worked the night shift was great. In the morning, the lady who was in charge of the breakfast was so sweet to our 4 year old and did a great job keeping the food area nice. The woman working the front desk was very nice too and even gave him an egg with a piece of chocolate inside. I would definitely stay here again. It was nice having Pizza Bros across the parking lot for when we got in late. We were able to order pizza and salads and bring it right back to our room.

The room and entire facility was very clean, smelt fresh. The breakfast was delicious. The only issue was the hot water didn't function in the sink. Nice sport bar within walking distance.

One of the finest, most comfortable and most sparkling clean Hampton Inns we've stayed in, and very dog friendly as well. They have a really nice fountain pool and outside sitting area. Good breakfast spread too! Highly recommended if you're looking to stay in the Chattanooga area.

Wonderful Hotel; the staff was very personable and professional. The rooms were spotless, and they had a wonderful breakfast. We will continue staying at this hotel. We are very impressed and will look to stay at Hampton Inn from now on.

We had a great experience with our family. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean and the pool was well maintained. Breakfast was also delicious. We definitely would stay here again!

I usually stay in 4 star+ hotels with my job, Hilton or better. I stayed here and honestly had as good of a stay as any of those, if not better than some of them.

Breakfast was great. Rooms were super clean and nice. Friendly staff. Everything seems new or updated.

Overall really impressed by Hampton Inn. Usually Hampton’s haven’t been this nice in my experiences. Would definitely recommend this one!

It was myself and my two daughters who came to Chattanooga for the weekend. The academy my daughter was attending recommended this place, so we gave it a shot. I was very impressed with everything about this hotel. It was dog friendly, but we left our doggie at home. The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were comfy with lots of extra pillows. The AC worked great. Loved the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion set up. The breakfast was delicious. We ate breakfast there both days. They had waffles, bagels, cheese omelets, biscuits & white gravy, sausage patties and more. Felt very safe here. Easily walked to a few fast food restaurants that were closeby and felt safe doing so. Great location next to many restaurants, an ax throwing place, Bass Pro Shops, and Top Golf. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. We will be staying here again in a couple weeks when we come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and it's in a great location. I didn't care for the barn door in the bedroom/bathroom simply because it strips a sense of privacy sound wise.

The hotel is well maintained and super clean. The staff were so kind and professional. The breakfast wasn't that great as far as variety.

Overall, I'd happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

Quiet room on the top floor & excellent breakfast. Dalton at the front desk was very personable & helpful. Buddy's BBQ is within walking distance so we ordered take out dinner from there & bought a cold beer at the hotel's front desk. Mattress was a bit firm for our arthritic hips but we prefer firm vs soft mattress so this was ok. There was a bus load of seniors that arrived & left about the same time as us and the hotel handled that just fine.
