We went in multiple times because we weren’t sure about which sofa we wanted. They were all always very nice and helpful. We ended up getting the sofa from them because it checked the most off our list, removable and washable covers, can be made into a queen bed and their customer service was great!

Store associates were super easy to work with and very helpful. They answered al our questions and helped clarify our new couch with setup. Definitely recommend.

What a relaxing experience! The gentleman who helped me made it so easy to pick the size and type of sofa I wanted! This is only our second Lovesac sactional because they last forever and our first one has held up to all the kids, dogs, friends etc!

Love Love LOVE working with Jennifer! It was the wife and I first time in; and she was so patient and personal. We were simply coming in to look, and due to the easy flow and NO PRESSURE we bought. My wife is very excited to experience her Pillow Sack and Love soft 5x5 sactional 😁. If you’re thinking about it just go ahead and bite the built. Hands down best big investment.

I cannot say enough about the wonderful customer service I received at the Green Hills Lovesac store! I inadvertently ordered the wrong color cup holder because the one I wanted was discontinued. I wanted one to match the other one I had so I went to the store to see if they could help. Boy, did they! The lady there searched the back and then called a manager to help. The manager searched other showrooms and warehouses for days until she found me one! Katrina and her team went above and beyond over a cup holder!! I’m now convinced that if I ever have trouble with my sectional, they will make it a right! Although I’ve had my sectional for 2 years and still love it! In a world of lackluster customer service, Lovesac stands out as exceptional!!!

If you are on the fence about their couches, head to the showroom. They have plenty of pieces you can test, will help you put together your preferred configuration, show you how to assemble your pieces, and show you actual samples of all the fabrics.

I worked with Debbie. She was super knowledgeable, very patient as I was texting my wife questions, and had no problem working with me. I walked out of there having bought a new couch.

I was told shipping would take 1 to 2 weeks. We had ours sitting in our living room in a week, even though we bought it on a holiday weekend.

We visited the Nashville location twice: once to look at the various cover materials, and once when we were ready to buy. Both sales reps were courteous and patient, allowing us to take our time considering options. Never felt pressured to buy before we were ready. And once we were, the sales rep who helped us make the purchase took her time with us and gave us a realistic idea of when things would be shipped. Their automated system is already alerting us that packages will be begin to arrive this week!
