Had a larger closet built for my bedroom and gifted myself an Elf closet system. Made an appointment to work with a designer at the store. Instructions on what to measure were super easy and the appointment went smoothly and I ordered everything that day chose a later pick up date for the items and also paid to have the system installed.
The company they used was excellent. Good communication and setting expectations on what I needed to do before they arrived. Installation took a little over an hour and when he left everything was cleaned up.
I would recommend using container store if you are looking to install a closet system in your home.

Wowed by customer service!!! At first they were out of stock for a shelving unit I needed, but Bobby sold me an assembled floor model for 25% off and when it wouldn’t fit in my car, he said, “My shift is almost done. I’ll just drive it over to your client’s house for you.” Bobby is the best. He’s been there for 25 years. Super impressed!

Went in to check them out and they had everything we needed for kitchen, closet and bath storage. Things we had never even thought of. A nice eclectic selection of everything to storage solutions.

This store is phenomenal for the organizers of the world. You may start in your garage and work your way thru your home to your basement with just the right articles to organize everything. They have wall, cabinet and tool products for the garage. They have every type of product for the pantry and kitchen and they have specialists just waiting to assist you and answer your inquires for each space that you need to utilize. The closet and bathroom are nicely accomodated and as you look and design each space in your imagination, they will offer to assist and help you to locate whatever you can imagine. I was so impressed by the assistance as I was preparing to check out. A gentleman pushed my purchases to the counter and the clerk held my choices at the door until I approached in my truck, he then offered to obtain some cardboard to help protect my seats as we loaded my selections. You may purchase articles for the workplace as well, an organizers dream come true in one place!

Could go through here for days with all the organization items they have here. It's a weird setup, you walk in the front door and then go downstairs with the escalator or elevator and in the basement is where 95% of the stuff is. Everything was clean and staff was nice.

The Container Store has totally helped me organize so many things in my life. It's great. But I feel compelled to write this review to say "thank you," to Nancy for her above and beyond friendly, thoughtful, patient service. I'm so grateful for the time she took to assist me with my items. She's wonderful!

This place is amazing! I haven't been to one in so long, I forgot how much I love them!! My wife and I wandered around for a little over an hour (we're both organization crazy people!) We found several things we liked, of course, but had to restrain ourselves since we were driving and already had a very packed vehicle (we were in town on vacation.) We did pick up a few smaller things we needed. The staff was very friendly but there was a pretty long wait at the register and not a very long line. Overall, I would love to see one of these open up in our area but I'm quite sure my bank account is happy with it being 6 1/2 hours away!

Always a good stop on my shopping trip. Great staff, clean space, and everything is organized. Sometimes I get ideas from the way they have things displayed. I love the desk I have from here with the modular shelves, it is perfect for my home office and keeps the area neat.

This store is oddly amusing and satisfying. Their products are extremely innovative, efficient, and up to date across the board. They have products ranging from bathroom accessory storage and miscellaneous widgets to heavy duty garage shelves. Will be back and strongly recommend.

Always a good shopping experience. This store keeps me organized and motivated. Utilize the click and pick up option on the website, the Green Hills mall traffic is awful. They have a drive up service for you to pick up your order- usually same day.

The Container Store in Green Hills has it figured out! Placed an order yesterday online. Picked it up today (the very next day) at the exact time they said it would be ready. Just pulled right up and the item was in my car in no less than 2 minutes! Thank you so much for making my busy life a little hectic. I appreciate you & my adorable new ottoman tray.

Good quality, practical items for fair prices. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of. They have the attitude to say "yes" or "I can help you find out," which is so helpful and refreshing. A joy to shop here.

To me, this is the definition of irresistible! If your life cannot be as organized as this place could make it, you can dream as you fondle the merchandise. Employees are super friendly, and the BEST gift wrapping supplies anywhere.

Great place for organizing. I bought a towel hanger to put on the back of my door. They have everything you can think of. Fun place to go too and reasonably priced.

I had some issues with an online order to pick up in store, but they 100% made it right. I'm always impressed when stores go above and beyond to help a customer... Even when that customer is a little frustrated!
