Went once because UPS missed me while I was at work so they dropped off a package here for me to pick up. Great service, easy in and out. Went in for new windshield wipers as well and they not only let me know I had the wrong size but found the right sizes for my car and installed them quickly for free. Highly recommend the staff at this shop.

Went to get a new battery. Larry was exceptional in his service in and out within 15 mins. Good store run by good people.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had the window regulator I needed in stock and at a great price.

I had the absolute BEST experience here! James was the man assisting me today and I have never had better customer service in my life! He was so kind, patient and efficient. He took the extra time to answer some of my random car questions and NEVER talked down to me. (As a woman, most men in automotive customer service do) James made my day 110% better and I am so thankful for all of his help!

Went to this advance auto parts store today to pick up some things for my car. I had no idea what I was looking for but the helpful sales person, Brandon really showed me what I needed. He was polite and really listened to the issues I was having before making suggestions. 10/10 would recommend this location to others.

They have a UPS drop off point. They can't print your labels so if you go there for UPS make sure you have your label on your package. The staff was nice. I knew it was a drop off so I had my label on the package just in case. So I just asked for future reference. I hope UPS gets a way for drop off points to print labels. I personally think it's easier. Regardless I was just there to drop off a package and not for the actual business that's selling auto parts. But I did interact a second with an employee about the UPS and he was super nice. I also saw that the people there for car parts were treated friendly by employees and taken care of without having to wait in line a long time.

Don was very nice and helped me install my windshield wiper since I had no clue what I was doing. He also helped me bend back the metal arm that the wiper attaches to because somehow it got bent. Great customer service!

After dealing with Advanced Auto corporate, I was really disappointed. Melvin at the location on 3210 Nolensville Rd saved the day. Obvious dying battery that corporate felt didnt need replaced under warranty but Melvin.and the folks at this location saw the issue and replaced the battery. This is the reason businesses survive: Hire good people with.common sense.

Great customer service! Larry installed my new battery in no time and was so kind. Definitely recommend!

If you need a part, even if it's rare, like mine, then these are the guys to see. Professional and prompt, even when busy, they will get you your part, even if they have to send off to a foreign land; which is a non possibility, since they will have it for ya! And tell them Triple D sent ya!*lol*

I was surprised to see they were open on New Year's Day. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Clean store well-stocked

Great staff, very helpful, if they don't have it they can get it within 24 hours usually.
