room Clean clean clean! well maintained for a low priced hotel. sheets smells cleans no stains. my kids and i were able to sleep well and i had a
peace of mind that the the room doesnt have a funky smell at all.

This is by far one of the best hotels I've a stayed in for under 100$. Customer service was great. Rooms are very clean it's really quiet it wasn't as pricey as it could of been bc of Thanksgiving they let me check in early. When I come back through this will be the hotel I stay at. From now on.

Needed a last-minute stop to refresh and get a little rest before heading back on the road. The clerk was polite and friendly, and welcoming. Arrived around 1am in the morning (was not able to get the clerks name).

We found a coupon in a pamphlet at a rest stop and called, no issue with the great low price. Arrived late after a long day of travel and was greeted with a friendly staff.. Not the most attractive location but that was not what we needed at the time .. room was clean quiet and recently had been remodeled. Breakfast was was enough to get us on the road with no problems and we will definitely stay again!

Clean rooms, easy check in, and great location. I have to admit I was kinda scared after I booked and started reading the reviews but I actually had a great experience and will stay again when in Chattanooga. I will also be recommending to our employees when they are in the area.

The people who run it are great and kind. It may not look like it from outside but the rooms are very nice and up to date. Couldn't ask for much more

Decent size rooms that was very clean. All the employees that I interacted with were all very friendly and helpful . Stay here again if need be.

This place may be a little older but the friendly staff and cleanliness of the room and breakfast area make it a pleasure

My room is very clean and sweet-smelling and very quiet. All of the amenities are here in the room, a microwave refrigerator hair dryer coffee maker two double beds a clock television USB port for charging. The bathroom was spotless and there were plenty of towels that were all very clean. The pool looks very inviting but it wasn't open so early in the year. They have a continental breakfast that goes until 9 a.m. the receptionist was fast and efficient and helpful and knowledgeable.

We are very happy with our room and the price we paid for three days. Our room was clean and in a great location. Very convenient to everything you would need. Our host John Lee was very helpful and has a great disposition! We will definitely be staying here again!!

I have stayed here before, I enjoyed my stay. Desk staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms are being updated. The room I stayed in received new carpet the day of my arrival. Easy access on and off the highway, Food in walking distance. For the money this is 5 stars!!!

My wife and I stayed there last night, it was a great experience. The guy working the front counter when we rented the room was very nice and helpful. Same with the lady that was there this morning when we left. The rooms are very clean and nice. We'll definitely go back the next time we need to stay at a motel.

East Ridge has grown into a mature adult from its days of being a brat. Super 8 is a hidden gem amongst the development currently taking place. After business hours, when the work outside stops, kick back in one of the comfortable rooms and enjoy.

Had a six night stay, check-in was smooth & easy. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels each day. Breakfast was ok, wish they would add other fresh fruit. Overall I had a comfortable stay.

I almost never rate hotels very highly, but this one was surprisingly good for the money! We had a refrigerator and microwave in the room, and everything was clean. No bad smells, no bugs, no mystery stains on the carpet - just a decent place to stay!

Dear loud high school kids at super 8 motel Chattanooga/East ridge. Upon entering the Continental breakfast this morning, you may have noticed that there was a Belgian waffle maker among the buffet. But of course, how could you have missed it? Your group had three waffles each. They looked amazing. But however when trying to pour my own waffle, I saw that you had emptied the batter completely. I am a college student with the appetite of a thousand lions, and was very disappointed. I sat there and watched as you collectively finished maybe one each. I was awake for 26 hours before having the pleasure of a 3 hour nap at the motel with my fellow travellers before leaving again. I was hungry, and I ask only one thing. Run as quickly as possible, because I will level this building. My body is strong, and my fury is absolute. Expect oblivion.

Best stay ever, my family and I came to the super 8 late, from Alabama, only to find out that we was greeted with an smile and also we were already checked in with our door keys ready to go, was in and out of the front office and in our room in under five minutes. Best stay ever and I will stay here again.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel on a three day weekend trip to Chattanooga. I must say I was really surprised of the good service, the great room (all renovated), and nevertheless the great rates we got. We really wanted a clean and decent room to spend the nights, since we had a full schedule of sight seeing and you name it, all over Chattanooga. I must say we got more than what I expected for our money's worth. I definitely will go back to this place whenever I'm in Chattanooga, and also very convenient and accessible to the freeway, restaurants, movie theaters, etc.

I have to be honest, this was one of the nicest, hotels we've been to in a while. Headed to GA. And stayed here for the night. The rooms were nicely renovated and everything went smooth. I honestly think that this will be pur stop to and from GA, every time we travel late. Staff was friendly and gives military /government discount. Overall great experience.!!👍👍
