Holiday Inn Express & Suites Chattanooga (East Ridge), an IHG Hotel

Deja and Miss Sonya were absolutely dedicated to checking me in
with a warm welcome and making sure they could accommodate whatever wants and needs they could. Y’all! Yes, this hotel is an awesome location right by the interstate and with 50 places to eat right on the strip.

Probably the best holiday inn express I’ve been too. Customer service was amazing the whole staff was really great. Breakfast was very good. Everything was clean and well kept. Would definitely stay here again when we come back.

We had a very spacious king room on the 3rd floor. The room was probably the cleanest we have ever had at a Holiday Inn.
I can’t say enough about how friendly the staff were at this location, from the front desk to the house keepers you encounter in the halls, they are all great.
Even though the breakfast area was swamped by sports teams that were also here, the lady somehow kept the food full.
Would 100% recommend and stay here again.

We enjoy the indoor swimming pool at this location. The staff is always very accommodating and pleasant. It's We clean and the breakfast is one of our favorite perks. We use this location every time we pass through.

This was my first stay at this Holiday Inn Express. (I think - I am getting older.). I truly enjoyed it and will likely change it to my favorite when I visit family here. I really liked the suite, appreciated that the refrigerator had a freezer, and love that I can bring my dog next time. The staff is super courteous, and everything was very clean. Oh yeah, the biscuits were Awesome! This Southern girl couldn’t ask for anything more.

We purposely wanted to stay out of downtown and this place was great. Nice hot breakfast. Pool temps could have been warmer but fun for kids.

Everyone is so nice and in good spirits! Rooms are snazzy, beds and pillows are heavenly 😴 The breakfast was delicious and a huge array to pick from! Pool was just right size to get a few laps in. Definitely recommend! ❤

The staff was so nice and helpful. The two Ladies that prepare the breakfast were so friendly and a joy to talk to in the morning. Ladies keep up the great joy of preparing breakfast for all the guests. Have a great summer. The Fitzpatrick Family.

The stay was excellent for 1 reason: The Staff. I travelled with 15 college athletes and the hotel could not have been more accommodating. We had a scheduling emergency and actually made our reservation just 10 hours before arriving. Under their manager (Chris)‘a supervision, the staff provided a hearty breakfast and late checkouts for our team. We had some unexpected obstacles in our travels both to and during the trip, yet the HI Express remained flexible and willing to work with us throughout. From my experience, A++ people work at this hotel.

The room I originally wanted was a king size bed but got 2 queens for the same price as a king. So I was pleased! The rooms were clean and cozy. The pool was great! I was very happy about their breakfast selection! Overall great hotel! We will be staying there again! Great customer service. The shampoo conditioner & body wash was super nice! Plenty of towels.

I was driving with my family and needed 3 rooms and was directed to the Holiday Inn Chattanooga East Ridge. I was needing a little assistance with my reservations and I was able to contact the hotel in advance of my arrival and spoke with Nate, who was extremely helpful polite, courteous and professional. Thank you Nate. You were grear!

Absolutely amazing...I have stayed at many IHG locations while traveling with my company but I will state That my stay at the East Ridge location has been the best of all of my stays!!!! The staff was amazing; the cleanliness of the hotel was magnificent; the breakfast was fresh, hot, and made with care; the General Manager Chris was extremely helpful, caring, engaging and treats his staff and customers with respect. I want to say thank you all for making my stay away from home feel like home!!!!! :)

The location was pretty easy to get in and out of. The staff was friendly, the room had a fridge and 2 queen beds. Not any major problems. The girl who was doing the breakfast in the morning on the days I was really good. She was super fast and on top of it. Would consider staying here again for sure.

Great customer service! My only complaint is the shower in our room didn't drain. Other than that it was amazing!

This hotel was a last minute decision for a 2 night stay. The room was clean. The front desk staff were all so nice! I especially enjoyed my short chit chat with Charles! Their breakfast was hot and delicious. The lady who runs the breakfast does an amazing job!

Nice clean rooms. Warm bed covers and a thermostat in room. Looked like a nice pool. Breakfast was good, it ran until 9:30 during the week and 10 on the weekend. There were lots of choices, including cereal, oatmeal, pastries, sausage, eggs, juices and some kinda lame pancakes. Plenty of towels in the room. The hotel smelled good too. Carts available for luggage, a nice elevator, ice machines, good size bathrooms and nice shower heads too.

My family and l, really enjoyed our stay here. The staff is great, one young lady Deja will go above and BEYOND to make sure your stay and checking in experience is wonderful! She’s patient and friendly!! 5 STARS for sure!!!

This place is excellent! They were remodeling which is always a sign of business improving, and the rooms were cleaned very well as had comfortable beds. The best part was that my wife accidentally left her wedding ring set in the room and we didn't figure it out until a few hours later. We called them and I'm not sure what all they had to do, but they found them and called us to let us know! They made our day with that great news. I am very pleased with their service and will definitely be a repeat customer! Thank you Holliday Inn!

Clean, clean, clean! Their staff was friendly and very hospitable. The price was slightly high but in the end, it was well worth it. BTW, the bed was so comfy it was like sleeping on a cloud. And the breakfast was surprisingly good.
