La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Chattanooga - East Ridge

Great stay here. The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. Room was a typical double bed layout. Very comfortable beds.

Breakfast was fantastic! Eggs, home fries, sausage patties, biscuits, gravy, cereal, toast, waffles, and other items. They had only one gentleman working breakfast and let me tell ya, that's all they needed. This guy was constantly wiping, refilling, adjusting, stocking, cooking, and everything in between during both mornings we ate breakfast.

I've noticed, like many of you I assume, how downhill service has gone since covid. We're constantly hearing "we're short staffed" at restaurants and other businesses. It was a pleasure to see a person doing their job, and very well, for that matter. I told the front desk that I was very impressed with the worker, and I hope they reward his hard work.

I will definitely be staying here again the next time I'm in town.

Great hotel for family visits and business. Easily access from major highway, close to many of Chattanooga’s largest attractions. If you want to shop or go antique exploring this is your place to stay. Pet friendly is my favorite draw to this hotel. Dog park near by too. You will not be disappointed.

The front staff was exceptional and very accommodating. The hotel was really clean and felt safe inside and out. The hot breakfast was awesome. They had biscuits, gravy, sausage, bacon, eggs, waffles, cereal, fruit and juice. They do have an outdoor pool but it was closed due to being out of season and before Memorial Day. The 2nd floor rooms are on the main floor where you check in and the 1st floor rooms are down 1 floor by elevator, so if you want to stay on the main floor where breakfast and the lobby are then stay on the 2nd floor in a room starting with the 200's. This hotel is across from Chickfila and Bass Pro Shop.

Came in on a busy night with my parents and large dog. Rooms were hard to come by but the front desk was wonderful and worked us in. Rooms were clean, great breakfast, very helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was very nice inside and Out. Right off the interstate.The staff checking us in was very helpful. We had a king room and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was from 7-10am it was a hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles and cereal and more. The eating area was a little small but it was very updated. They do allow dogs at the hotel, most La Quinta's do. So that is always a plus for the dog mom and dad's. Would I stay here again?

I'm very selective when looking for a place that accepts pets.
I insist on staying in a place that is very clean. The reviews were good so we decided to try La Quinta. This place is very clean, beds are so comfortable, TV is a nice size with tons of channels, even premium channels. The entire place is very clean. Breakfast is good too. We will be staying again.

Staff massage you feel like you were important and at home. Clean and will supplied. They were renovating but you didn't hear or see any workers. Very quiet. Will stay here next time I'm in Chattanooga.

Dog friendly. We have a 50 lb dog and a lot of hotels in area have 25 lb limit. Very nice front desk worker. Nice clean room, and nice parking lot, with lots of lights.

Excellent place to stay. The rooms are very nice and clean. Breakfast was very good too. And the big plus was they are pet friendly.

Clean, comfy, quiet...with a caring and welcoming staff. We've used Hampton Inn for years, but on this latest trip we've become La Quinta converts because of the consistency of quality and comfort at this and every LQ we've stayed in over the past two weeks!

We stayed here because a friend had stayed at other LaQuintas. He said their stay with having their pets along was good. The hotel is very pet friendly. Our room was very CI burnt for taking our two dogs out.

The room appeared to have been updated at some point. It showed a bit of wear, but nothing drastic. The room was clean and comfortable.

We had to ask for a list of TV channels. I would suggest they be put in the rooms ahead of time. The location was convenient, near the interstate.

I appreciate that they use the larger bottles of shower soap, etc, keeping all those little individual personal size bottles out of the landfill.

We would definitely stay here again.

Nice clean room. Comfortable bed, pet friendly. Parking might get slim if they are busy. I'd stay here again if I was In the area.

An awesome place to stay! The service and staff are top-notch and go out of their way to ensure your stay is the best it can be. They will address and resolve any issue as quickly and complete as possible. The rooms are kept in the highest standards. The breakfast bar is impressive. Everything and more that you would expect from a La Quinta!

This is a clean hotel, very friendly staff, great breakfast service and has a lot of outdoor green areas for dogs!! Natalie at reception was so friendly and helpful from beginning when making reservation to answering all questions about the facility.

It's nice looking inside and out. Very clean and very friendly staff! We've been there a few times now in our travels from Florida to Michigan and definitely plan on returning!

Perfect place to stop when traveling with fur babies. Room was large enough and clean. Has a nice little dog walk in the back away from parking lot. Breakfast was nice with many things to choose from to get your day started.

Excellent place to stay. Clean, breakfast was good and hot (except for the gravy) and plenty of it. We have no complaints and would definitely stay here again!!

Everything here met or exceeded our expectations of LaQuinta. Plenty of soap, shampoo, conditioner, moisturizer in large dispensers. Plenty of towels, washcloths, etc. Clean room. Wish the refrigerator had a little freezer shelf tobrefreeze my ice packs. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Dog walk was right in front. Nice grass and well lit overnight.

Room very nice. Bathroom nice size and clean. Beds comfortable. Housekeeping always helpful with supplies.
Breakfast is very nice. Coffee and tea station available all the time. Nice sitting areas.
