Econo Lodge East Ridge

Extremely nice for the price! This reminds me how nice Econo lodge hotels use to be!
Convenient, low key in the back, and Quiet which means great night in the Sac!

Very happy with our stay here. Clean, affordable, friendly staff, easy check-in. We came here after finding bed bugs in the motel 6 across the street, did not even stay 15 minutes. We ran over here to safety and were treated kindly by the gentleman at the front desk even though it was late, and were immediately shown to our rooms so that we could make sure everything was clean. Its a nice place, and IT'S CLEAN!!! Management clearly cares about their business here, and the well being of their customers. 100% recommended.

I had to cancel my reservation at a different hotel due to the room's condition, so I was desperately looking for a place to stay when I walked in to the lobby of this Econo Lodge in East Ridge, TN. The manager on duty, Dan, was incredible! He was able to book me in for 2 nights without a reservation, and into a ground floor room per special request due to my recent surgery (something I didn't expect to be fulfilled since it was last minute!). The room was super clean, quiet, and had exactly what I needed. I was able to park directly in front of the room, which was very helpful. My only criticism would be of the wi-fi, which was super slow and unreliable even when it showed a strong connection. The hotel itself is in a good location; it's within short driving distance of everything you might need and all the wonderful places to visit in Chattanooga. It's not luxury, but it's affordable, clean, and everything you need minus all the fluff. And if Dan is working, expect amazing customer service delivered in a funny and entertaining way. I highly recommend.

I really Can't say Anything Bad about this location, They have always been accommodating to me. It's always Been pretty clean and very good prices. I think I've met everyone that works there because I've stayed there so many times working out of town that I haven't had a unpleasant experience. I just can't tell you enough for the price and what you get. This is excellent! It's not where I'm planning on going on vacation, but it's definitely more than enough at a fair price for when I'm working out of town. Last time I was actually here I tried to help someone out that I met while I was eating dinner the following day and I got them a hotel room. Let me tell you don't ever do that! I don't know what happened to this person but it was not the person I had met. They went ballistic and went crazy. I thought I was going to have to call the police. Fortunately enough the owners were more than understanding and kicked him out, Because I didn't know how I was going to explain this but they realized that there was a situation going on and they really did help me and it was never my intentions to ever put someone in a hotel room that's in my name and them not be courteous and nice and respectful. They were more than understanding. I was so embarrassed I didn't know what to say except for. Thank you to them and it would never happen again. So it's nice to find a location that I've been staying at several times. Understand that I was trying to help someone and it backfired on me and they told me basically not to worry about it. They are really good people here. I definitely will stay here every time I am out of town working in this area! Thanks again for a clean, affordable room! Can't wait to see y'all next time!!

Don't normally leave reviews but this hotel is by far the nicest hotel ive stayed at for the budget. Stayed with my dog there was a cheap $25 pet fee, rooms were newly renovated and nice, beds comfortable, and the guy in the office was extremely nice. If your passing by and need a spot for the night Id def stop here! 5 stars from me.

The place was clean and well kept. But the guy at the front desk at night was amazing. I forgot to get his name. He was so nice and helped us get a room last minute when most hotels were packed. We were passing through on a roadtrip and he was the most accommodating and nice anyone has been the whole trip. I don't usually leave reviews but they definitely deserved it.

Extremely clean rooms. Appears that the rooms were recently renovated. Microwave and mini fridge in room and King size bed. A Great Value for the price. Continental Breakfast included in cost. We would definitely stay again.

5 stars for this 2-star motel!! First, the lady at the front desk was friendly & efficient. Second, the rooms have been updated and were very clean. Third, the shower head was awesome & there was plenty of hot water. Fourth, the bed & pillows were comfortable. Fifth, we decided to leave Chattanooga earlier than expected, and they refunded our final night without any hassles (reservation was made through Econolodge, not a third-party). We could not have asked for more. They also have a continental breakfast in the office area, but we had other plans both mornings we were there, so I didn't get to check it out.

The only negatives are that the hotel is near I-75 so you can hear road noise at night, and on our first night we had very noisy children above us so, being next to the stairs, we heard them running up and down the stairs & all around until 11pm. Not the fault of the motel but of the parents!

We've stayed in many 2-star hotels and short term rentals over the past few years (due to moving around the country) and this is definitely one of the nicest. In fact, it's far cleaner and better maintained than an airbnb in East Ridge we recently stayed in. The staff are pleasant and the continental breakfast had more to offer than expected (cereal, buns, oranges, and waffles!). We'll recommend this place to friends & family looking for an inexpensive hotel and we'll definitely stay here again if and when the need arises.

Everything was great. Kevin that work front desk at night is awesome. Very nice and made sure I had everything I needed. Will stay again. If I am in the area again.

Stayed here for about 6 weeks while in town working. The staff is amazing and very attentive. The housekeeping staff did an awesome job daily and left my room spotless even after I walked through with my muddy work boots. I will stay here anytime I have to work in the area. The owner is a super cool guy and will do anything he can to make your stay more enjoyable.

Nice little budget friendly hotel. A little older but it was definitely clean.

My recent visit was great. I have stayed at this motel couple of times. Rooms are nice and clean. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. I do recommend.

It was a small 3 day vacation in the Chattanooga / Fort Oglethorpe area for us. The hotel is old, but totally renovated, extra clean, well equipped, with extremely helpful, knowledgeable and effective staff. Hotel owners themselves are not often as helpful as the management team of this motel. The location is very convenient, close to the visitors' attractions of the area, like Chattanooga, the Battlefield, Lookout Mountain etc, quiet but somehow difficult to find hidden behind other motels. Also great for I-75 travelers who need a place to spend the night, close to exit 1 and a good number of restaurants. Not the best there is, but surely the best at the price. We shall definitely stay there again next time we visit the area.

I have been here for a while. It's the nicest hotel I've stayed in recently. Staff is always nice. The maintenance guy is very nice, knowledgeable, and fixes any issue I may have. There's breakfast now in the he lobby/office every morning.

The new ownership is amazing compared to the previous. These folks actually care about your stay. I know the area and it looks nothing like it did back in the day. Show me a hotel/motel without a bug.... Just saying. At least the econo staff puts forth the effort to address the situation right away. Don't judge just from reading a few ill-mannered reviews. People get grumpy and they write bad stuff. The place is really nice, really comfortable and very affordable.

AMAZING STAFF! Definitely a hidden gem! Prices are great. The waffles in the breakfast was DELICIOUS! They care so much about every guest and clearly paid alot of attention to cleanliness in every detail. EXTREMELY impressed. Will be back for sure!

Clean newly refurbished room for cheap price. Relatively quiet. Safe. Bed was comfy and AC worked great. No frills but an excellent value for $65!!
