Comfort Inn & Suites Chattanooga / East Ridge

Earlier reviews gave low ratings due to renovations going on. We were there after completion. Per front desk it took two years!. The hotel is clean, streamlined and comfortable. A great night for a great price.

Our room was comfortable and clean. There's a lot of construction going on in the common area, and different parts of the hotel, but it looks like it should be nice. The rooms are a haul from the check in. The door to exit, maybe an emergency exit, would not open so we had to go up a floor to get to the parking lot. Also, the TV went out for most of the evening. Check in staff was pleasant. Reasonably priced compared to others.

Very pleasant place, with a tasteful design, clean rooms and stylish lobby.
The receptionist was very nice and accommodating.
We liked our overnight stay, the breakfast was good too, and we loved the coffee machine in the breakfast room. 10/10 would recommend

Hotel is currently under renovations but had a great stay. Good variety of gluten free products for breakfast. Clean hotel, comfortable bed, enjoyable stay, great value. This hotel will be a great location for wedding reception and family stays. What a great find. Looking forward to returning!!

Very nice updated hotel. Staff was very nice. Clean rooms. But please get a waffle maker for breakfast please. Nice pool here as well.

Stopped after a long drive . All hotels in surrounding area were booked. Another hotel recommended we try here. Glad we did!
Staff was very friendly, hotel is all mostly all remodeled, rooms were very clean and remodeled, beds were very comfortable . Great nights sleep before back on the road

The thing I noticed 1st when I drove in was the parking lot. Then the building which I thought was single story. Couldn't be further from the truth. It's a three story hotel with a build out on the backside. I don't know if they have a back parking lot but be prepared to walk. They have the breakfast area currently under renovation so it was a grab and go breakfast for now. The rooms look like they have been recently redone and spacious. Definitely would stay here again.

Great help at the front desk—checked in late and woke up early. Clerks working there were very nice. Good breakfast during COVID with it being hand packed to-go bags. They even had almond milk which was a huge plus!

Rooms were extremely comfortable. A little outdated but very clean. Plus they are doing a lot of renovations. Definitely would stop back!

Very Nice front desk workers, Great rooms, pool Very clean and warm. The first floor is under construction remodeling still, but I can imagine how nice they will be when finished. Each room will have a private fenced in patio out the sliding doors poolside.

Clean spacious king bed room. Nice decor. Nice hot shower. Grab and go breakfast.....for now. Renovations continue. Looking great! The wifi was fast. Yes, we will be back. Reginald at the front desk was Super! I saw the review about google location. Android google maps has it listed as Abour Inn. Apple google maps has it listed as Chattanooga. Same address for each name listings.

Building being renovated its not bad really AND LOTS OF PARKING IF YOU HAVE A dually with a TRAILER like I do. Can't complain front desk very nice lady room is clean being updated but it's not bad. Loud like a car race next door but don't hear it in my room next to parking lot. My animals in trailer might not get much rest it's literally like race track ? I just stopped in my travels don't know the area. Convenient easy to find and food all down the road.

The hotel was very nice and clean, even during a remodel. Employees were very friendly. My only complaint is that at 5am. Some other guests were in the hallway being very loud. One a screaming toddler, but the rest were adults.

My husband and I stayed for four nights. When we arrived, we immediately noticed the cleanliness of the lobby and the friendliness of the staff. When we got to our room, we were impressed with the beautiful decor and the sparkling clean bathroom. We enjoyed using the mini refrigerator and the microwave. I am very picky about cleanliness, so I loved that the remote was clean! There seemed to be constant cleaning going on, yet we were not ever disturbed by vacuuming or slamming doors. We had quiet rest every night. The bed was a little firm for our taste, but some people would like that. The continental breakfast had many delicious options. Every day there was hot breakfast available which included sausage, eggs, gravy, and biscuits. There were cold breakfast items also which included cereal, yogurt, and fruit cups. There was a pancake maker and waffle maker. Bagels, doughnuts, and toast were also available. Drinks included coffee, juice, and milk. We had a great vacation, and we highly recommend this hotel.

We were very impressed with this hotel, our room was very nice and clean,beds very comfortable. We had our 2 kids with us and we had plenty of room with it having a Lounging area separate from sleeping quarters and a kitchenette...The kids even asked if we could stay longer they really liked it. Now for the free breakfast it was like a small buffet and the staff was super friendly. If I could give them a 10 star I would. The price for our stay was affordable....

Still going through some renovations. Place is looking nicer each time. Service has been great both times. Location is a good spot for Camp Jordan area

The rooms are very clean. Lots of parking. They are next to a gas station/convenience store which makes it nice if you need some simple things. The staff is very friendly. Lots of selection when it comes to the hot breakfast that they have. The internet was super fast. The shower was one of the best I have ever experienced out on the road. The water pressure was excellent and the shower head was perfect. Nothing like a strong full pressure shower in the morning.

Rooms were extremely big and clean. Very nice for the value. We were traveling family of 5 all tall people. Room fit us beautifully. I would highly recommend this. The breakfast was awesome, great variety, plenty of room to dine and not feel claustrophobic. I wish we could have stayed longer than just a travel sleep. We cked in at like 2am. The guy at the front desk was dressed smart and he was so accommodating. Highly recommended.

The room was super, clean, and very roomy. The dining area was closed but there was a large selection of breakfast items available that we took back to our room where we were able to make coffee and microwave our breakfast sandwiches. There was also fruit, cereal, yogurt, juice, and sweet rolls available. Will stop here again.
