Embassy Suites by Hilton Nashville at Vanderbilt

Had an excellent stay here. Gorgeous hotel, perfect location, and you can't beat their transportation arrangements. The morning breakfast was top notch, and the evening cocktails is such a nice touch.

A famous chicken restaurant is across the street and the major hop on hop off tour bus stops just steps from the hotel's front door.

Really enjoyed this hotel. The stay was a lot of fun and breakfast was phenomenal. Staff was courteous and helpful. I don’t think it merits taking away a star but the parking deck was a tight squeeze for my truck. Really have to pay attention and take it kind of slow in there if you’re in a larger truck or SUV. Definitely recommend this hotel and will probably stay her again.

Great hotel! Loved the managers event each night with snacks and drinks! The shuttle to downtown was great and the room was clean and big! We had dinner at the restaurant downstairs and it was great and we also loved how close it is to a lot of other great restaurant’s too (walking distance: Hatti Bs, Red Door Saloon, Chuys, and a lot more we didn’t get to)

This Embassy Suite exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff, setting the tone for a memorable stay.

One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary drinks and social hour. The hotel goes above and beyond by offering a selection of free drinks during a designated time each day. It was a fantastic opportunity to mingle with fellow guests and colleagues and enjoy a refreshing beverage or two. This added amenity truly elevated my stay and made me feel valued as a guest.

The staff at the Five Star Embassy Suite deserves special recognition for their exceptional service. They were consistently attentive, accommodating, and went out of their way to ensure our needs were met. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or promptly addressing any concerns, their professionalism and friendliness were consistently top-notch.

What a great place! Staff was friendly. The shuttle was great! Rooms were clean. Breakfast was amazing. Definitely the place we will stay when we go back!

My family and I stayed here in August of this year and I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel! There is so much to do around the hotel, especially at night! The rooms were clean, big and so comfy. The staff was so fantastic and we even had complimentary snacks/drinks in the evenings which was a great bonus as Nashville can get pretty pricey! The only complaint is that the days we went downtown the complimentary hotel shuttle was not running so we had to take an Uber. Although our experience was so great that it didn’t matter! We will definitely be back the next time we come to Nashville!

Sheila, I'm not sure if I am spelling her name correctly, however her and her management staff are outstanding. They are what customer service standards are built upon. I had a medical emergency preventing me from making my stay, I attempted to cancel the day prior and the person I spoke to was no help. The day of I was still feeling the effects of my sedation, knowing it would not be safe for me to travel, I called in hopes someone could help and Sheila did. I am beyond thankful. If upper management reads these reviews please recognize Sheila and her staff for their compassion.

Would stay here again! The staff was amazing! The convenience of being close enough to downtown, yet not too close was absolutely perfect. The staff in the restaurant, Matthew and Hannah are top notch. Bill the shuttle driver was super nice too.

Great Place To stay!! All staff from the front desk, to the breakfast staff as well as the staff in the evening at the Mangers Reception were excellent. Breakfast was excellent in the morning!! Made to order omelets plus all the regular breakfast items were provided. Mangers Reception in the evening from 5 to 6:30 pm provided good drinks and several types of snacks and munchies! A much appreciated benefit of this hotel was a free r/t shuttle to downtown all day and evening until 11 pm. Great place to stay.

Great staff, very clean hotel, great breakfast and excellent location! Walking distance to many close restaurants and bars and some close tourist attractions. Shuttle service was excellent because it goes back and forth between downtown and the hotel all day. The shuttle itself is a little rough (a minivan driving through rough streets is bound to have issues) but if it runs and drives and costs you nothing but an occasional tip, it is better than most of the hotels in the area. The views from most room aren't bad either (we stayed in room 430) and the central view overlooking the sitting room and buffet area is absolutely beautiful. We stayed for 5 nights and never had a single issue with staff, food, hotel or location. A++ recommendation for this hotel! When I return to Nashville, I will stay at this hotel again.

This was a great hotel, with complimentary drinks before we head downtown to a good breakfast in the morning. Tony are shuttle driver was the BEST! He was so fun and so glad we had him both nights we were there! Is a little away from downtown but Tony got us there ! The only thing that I didn't like is we had 6 people in our hotel room but not enough seating for 6.

My Hilton stays are always 5 star.. the bonus at this location is the breakfast and the 24 hr hottub !!

The accommodations were great and on point with what I've experienced at other Embassy Suites. All of the staff we encountered were pleasant and great to deal with. The complimentary breakfast and manager's receptions were great. The hotel was very quiet even though I imagine it was quite full. The best part of the experience though was the hotel shuttle. It saved us a lot of money in taxi/rideshare costs, and our favorite driver, Tony, greatly raised how successful our trip was. He had a great personality, and gave us many great recommendations on things to do and places to eat. When we come back to Nashville, this hotel will be at the top of our list.

Came for Graduation at Vanderbilt. Excellent location with free shuttle to Downtown. Peaceful and comfortable.

A great hotel for a stay in Nashville whether visiting for leisure and sightseeing or for business. Rooms are clean and comfortable with TV, microwave, and small refrigerator. Depending on room location, the view may be awesome. Shuttle service as needed to the nearby areas such as Broadway and honky tonks. Staff was very courteous and friendly. Breakfast buffet was abundant with many options from hearty to light, and evening hour for a drink. Definitely a hotel to stay at.

Wonderful spacious suites. Bit of a walk to downtown but they have a complimentary shuttle that runs every 15 minutes, the driver is great. Had dinner at the hotel restaurant on our first night because we were too tired to go out. Had the charge booked to the room as recommended by the waiter. Someone (front desk?) called the room after 11 pm, when we were already asleep, to inform that the $50 security charge on my card had been exceeded by dining in the hotel and that they would charge my card. Whatever, they could have informed me upon checking out or at least not call at this crazy hour. Otherwise everything was great and would definitely book again when in Nashville.

This is the 2nd time we've stayed here and we love this hotel. Rooms are great, staff is great and the shuttle is so convenient. I'd only recommend that they get better breakfast options like a waffle maker and replace their broken shuttle minivan with something larger and not broken. Otherwise we honestly love this hotel and totally would come back.
