Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville/Goodlettsville

Me and the hubbies did a parent ran away and enjoyed ourselves. We met one of the front desk workers named Kray(sorry if I got it wrong), but he helped us out and gave us places to go. He was very helpful. Everyone was nice and respectful, and i must say whomever cooked breakfast the wknd we were there. Thank you. Everything was fresh the fruits, them potatoes and yogurts were my favorite. Hope to come back and have the same experience or even better. We came 5/24-5/28 and had a great Memorial Day. were able to visit family. We didn't know where close by. Thank you

The room was clean, large, and a good value. The bed was very comfortbale as well, which was my main concern. There was plenty of room for the pets to stretch their legs as well, and they provided poop bags for the pup just outside the back door. The only reason for 4 stars for "service" is that no one acknowledged my Honors Membership status, but they did ask if I wanted a couple of bottles of water at checkin.

Everything was on point. Andria checked us in, she is a very upbeat young lady an asset to the team great personality and welcoming. the lady doing breakfast should have asked her name she is a bright start to the day beautiful smile and very helpful without asking. The breakfast was great she looks too take a lot of pride in her job. Thank you all it was probably the #1 stay we have had. We normally stay in Hendersonville at the Hampton but you won our business for the future Andria was the key to winning our businesses.

Loved this hotel!! The rooms were very spacious, clean, and functioned great for us! The kids enjoyed the indoor pool and I didn't have to worry with it only being 3 feet deep all around. Breakfast was a wide variety of options and plenty to go around.

Night front desk attendant was super nice and sweet. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Loved the way breakfast was switched up a bit each morning. I observed customers constantly having to search for the daytime front desk attendants. You will experience highway noise. Because the way the hotel is built, there is no way around that. Overall, nice hotel.

We were grateful to locate this hotel. Room was nice but not as great as Hampton inn usually is. One of the queen beds sunk in. We love being diamond members with Hilton for the amenities that comes with this level. Jason showed the staff member the Hilton honors price we were offered on Hilton honors site. They refused to meet the price. BTW: the price difference was about $10. Very disappointed. As much as we travel we never run into things like this. Hotel was nice and other than one bed sinking our stay was good.

Staff was friendly and the stay was restful. Biggest thing was that our room looked, felt, and smelt clean. My wife’s pretty big on that stuff and still go her stamp of approval. Bed was a little hard but still 5/5 stars.

Stayed over spring break. Rooms were clean and well kept. Pool was great though the water was pretty cold while we were there. Family lives in the area, sometimes when everyone comes in we stay in a hotel so certainly anticipate more stays here in our future.

Very clean, great service, and the room was sooo large! I loved the layout of the room as well. It was unique as I haven't seen that in other hotels. Breakfast was good. The whole building had a lot of nice updates to it.

All the staffs there were amazing, very accommodating, very friendly and welcoming. They made sure that our need’s were met with in reason. Our room was amazing and clean as well. Thats my spot we will be going back there again.

Good solid Hampton inn with the usual complimentary breakfast. Also just a few minutes from the Mothership: the Dollar General Corporate Headquarters.

Room was very nice, clean but had a strange smell. Good breakfast options and convenient to shopping and restaurants.

No problems with my hotel stay. Good customer service. I attended my seminar & was able to relax & unwind afterwards. I like the fact that when I ordered from Doordash they were able to deliver it to my room.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this location!!!! The staff was very sweet as well which was refreshing!!

I honestly thought this hotel was great, room was very comfortable and spacious, decent view, not too loud for next to a freeway, and an overall great experience! My number one upside to this hotel was the staff friendliness and how welcome they made myself and my family feel. Tonya, who we unfortunately saw during the night time, was an absolute godsent! She was so inviting and welcoming, making our experience that much better and easier. We couldn't have asked for better service and help with our stay and I couldnt be more satisfied! I highly recommend, this certainly gets a 5 stars from me!!

Excellent customer service, everyone from the front desk associates to the cleaning staff were so friendly and helpful. Location was extremely convenient, rooms were spotless. Great stay for the price.

First and foremost this place is spotless clean. The service is friendly and top notch and the food is very good. The kitchen area is neat, food is hot and fresh, includes real breakfast items and, this is the first time I’ve seen this in a Hampton Inn/Hilton Garden type setting, they have fresh pressed juices! Lisa, who manages the kitchen, was awesome! Happy to be staying here all week, it is bright and sunny inside and we’re having a good time. Even the gym is spotless clean and beautiful as well as the pool. Highly recommend it.

I always love starting at Hampton Inns, and as a reward member, I feel that I asm always welcomed. Signing up for the Hilton rewards have cheaper prices than all the other online sites that I searched. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and we enjoyed the view from our room. Such a beautiful area. We felt safe in the area, and felt like the staff wanted us to have a good trip.
