I am not sure why the CVS pharmacy in Harriman only has 3 stars. I have never had a problem using this CVS location and I honestly prefer it as opposed to the one in Oak Ridge where we used to live. The Harriman staff are always busy, sure, but they are always nice and I feel like they do a great job filling prescriptions in a timely manner and fielding questions, etc.

I see a lot of negative reviews for this store but they have been nothing but polite, professional and helpful for me. They have made transferring my prescriptions from out of state seamless.

3 times, there have been problems with filling my medication. All of which had nothing to do with insurance or the doctor making a mistake. This pharmacy needs to get it together. They are definitely pleasant and professional, but my medication has not been ready 3 times when it should have been. Either they need a better system or more people.

Every month when my wife calls In her prescription their is always something. They don't have the full amount or she can't pick them up on the date she is supposed too. And instead of helping to try ratify the problem they cause more.

Went in for a Passport photo and they did it wrong and was rejected and they would not honor a retake but wanted ME to fork over the payment yet again, for their mistake! Very rude also!

The worst pharmacy that I have ever dealt with. They have lost my prescriptions on 2 different occasions. Your prescriptions are never filled and waiting on you despite the 24 or 48 hours notice.
The pharmacist that I dealt with was the rudest person and zero help. They need to close this store down.
