This was a great experience. We came here looking at a Mustang they had just posted online. Chris was fast to show me the car and let me take the car for a test drive within minutes of my arrival. He was upfront about this tiny issues body issues the car had and it all checked out versus the Carfax they link on their website. The buying process was very efficient. Once approved for a loan it literally took about 10 minutes signing paperwork. I think if a person has good credit they could be in and out in less than an hour if they wanted. The next time I look for a newer car this will be the first spot I check. Both Chris's that work here were good to work with.

I traveled four hours to buy my car from Greenlite and would do it again tomorrow! This was easily the best car buying experience I’ve had. Chris was quick to respond to all my questions and when I arrived at the dealership he had all the paperwork ready to go. The whole process was quick and easy. I can’t say enough about this dealership! Chris was absolutely amazing and had the vehicle we wanted sitting right out front when we drove up. We were in and out in less than two hours, driving out of the lot with our beautiful new truck. No BS, no pitch, he knew what we were there for and got right to making it happen. Chris and the team were awesome! One of the best experiences buying a car I’ve ever had. I’ve always wanted a Mustang (my Dad has one) and now I do. I told him exactly how much I was trying to spend and he immediately had that price point for me. The environment in the dealership was great and after applying for financing online I was in and out in right under an hour. If I ever need a car again I’ll be sure to look them up first.

Also, they knew I was in the Army and I truly appreciated the acknowledgement and time they invested in getting my business.

Chris could not have been any better and I could not have been more impressed with this car lot. I am the son of a car salesman myself and have been around the business for most of my life. Chris is a perfect example of how a car salesman should be. He is an extremely honest person who I would be happy to do business with again. The transaction was fast and he really knows what he is doing. Do not overlook this place! You will be just as impressed as I was!

This morning my wife and I completed what I can only describe as the most professional, fun and smooth car shopping experience we've ever had! Had a great experience buying my new to me 2019 Corvette!! I was surprised at the number of high end cars he had at very fair prices. I had searched the internet and Greenlite had the best price that I could find on a C7 Corvette with the options that I wanted. I would highly recommend Greenlite to anyone! WARNING- *LONG POST ALERT* Worth it if you are really considering purchasing a vehicle from Greenlite Car Sales

I totaled my vehicle 5 days before Christmas on 12/20/19. As you know- dealing with insurance, towing, phone calls, still having to work, and so many other things can be a pain. It was exhausting- on top of not being seriously injured but still bruised and banged up. I say all of that to say- I was not in the mood to purchase a vehicle on top of "life" going on and I did not want a new major purchase due to other financial plans for my future. I was not in the mood to sit in a dealership for hours, be harassed/deal with pushy salesmen, use my savings for a down payment, or have my credit jacked up due to multiple inquiries in which I had been working hard to fix! SO many reasons why, I did not want to begin this dreadful process again - but I began looking at different vehicles on 12/28 and 12/29 once my car was officially deemed a total loss, not having a clue what I wanted or needed and I also began looking at dealerships websites and making notes of those vehicles I liked and leaving inquiries- being very intentional as well as looking at more of the more smaller auto dealers v.s. the big name dealerships. On 12/30, the first call I received was from Chris Wright from Greenlite. I informed him of the vehicle I was interested in and an appointment was scheduled as I had planned to stop by there anyway after work. In the meantime- I did have several other dealership salesman to contact me aggressively through email, text, and calls but I wanted to start small and start with Greenlite as they were the first to reach out. I arrived- looked at the vehicle, test drove, and began the process. Chris remained professional- not pushy, but giving me all my options from every standpoint and allowing me to choose to move forward and even giving me gems and resources I could use if I chose to move along outside of Greenlite- in my car search. The process was SHORT, intentional, and just an overall amazingly, BLESSED experience. Chris and his team were very knowledgeable, friendly (more like family), professional, and pleasant to work with. The stress of purchasing a vehicle immediately went away and I was in awe at the process and how I was out of there- and on my way home with a new car, NO money down- in less than 2 hours. I also love the fact that I was alone, so they allowed me to keep the rental car I was in, there overnight and offered to return it to the rental dealer for me the next morning allowing me to get my vehicle home and pick up my daughter on time that evening. If you are looking for a great place to purchase, no pressure, small- family like business- this is the place. Chris, Beth, Mrs. Connie, other management and staff were all amazing. My car was already clean, shining- but they still ensured it was clean and freshened up before I drove it home! I will begin recommending Greenlite Auto Sales to everyone I know and where I plan to purchase my/family vehicles from here on out! They go ABOVE and BEYOND to meet your needs, ensure you are comfortable, and not pulling your hair out! Definitely God Sent Angels to assist me in maneuvering through this process after the vehicle incident almost claimed my precious life! Very satisfied with their service and Happy with my vehicle purchase!

I spent a lot of time looking for a truck and found most of the lots in this town had auction cars covered in rust!! I was nervous because I had visited this lot before this group owned it and they had the same thing. I found out through the reviews that new owners have it now and they sound like they are taking care of people very well. I’m glad I stopped to look at my Silverado, Chris and the staff were great and made this a super easy experience. Sign here sign there and all done, couldn’t have been easier!

I had a sensor go out on the truck a few weeks after the purchase and Chris said take it to the mechanic and he will take care of it. I will definitely buy from them again in the near future!

I am from Knoxville, and my search for a new car took me to Greenlite! Beth and Chris are absolutely incredible. They were able to answer any and all of my questions, and made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in the door. It seems like everyone has had a bad car buying experience, but you WILL NOT have that issue with Greenlite. I would give them 6 stars if I could! I definitely recommend checking them out! I went to Greenlight to look at a jeep that I've had my eye on for a few days. Rodney Washington was my salesman and he went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted! He was so nice and had so much to offer. Any information or questions I asked were answered in depth which really helped me feel comfortable buying a new vehicle. I had a great experience with this company. Cody was the name of the guy who sold it to me, he was fantastic!!! I never once felt like I was being pressured into anything. He was VERY patient, knowledgeable about the cars and super sweet! The general manager, Philip, was the one I did my paperwork with. Not only was he extremely helpful and patient, he explained everything to the point that he made sure I understood everything I was signing. They never once talked to me like a "typical" car sales man would, they talked to me like I was a person not just a paycheck. I highly recommend this dealership, especially for people trying to build credit!!!

Chris and GreenLite made purchasing our F250 for my husband so incredibly seamless! It was like no other car buying experience we’ve had. They held it for us on a handshake through the weekend and allowed us time to go through our own bank the following week. They also gave us more than we asked for on his trade in.
To top it off, the day was close to 100 degrees outside when we purchased it and it was tough to tell if the AC was working optimally, they kept their word on having the AC fixed when we discovered it was not and wasn’t going to be covered by the Extended warranty. GreenLite let us use our own local preferred diesel mechanic and called ahead to square it all away for us.
We will only be purchasing vehicles from them from now on!

Chris and Beth were super knowledgeable, friendly and best of all, it was the most efficient, stream-lined buying process I've ever experienced. I told Chris, my adult daughters will be back to buy their next cars from him. It is very refreshing to find the level of honesty and integrity found with these two dear folks! 5-star place with a 5-star experience!

Kevin and Jeff were amazing to my husband and I. Not only did they go above and beyond for my situation, but it was a great straight forward experience that didn't have meaningless back and forth nonsense.

The paperwork was fast and they even found me the car I wanted that wasn't on their lot. Hands down I will pick this smaller dealer over a big one any day. They know how to take care of their customers.

The way car buying should REALLY be! Beth and Chris are both awesome low pressure salespeople. They could not have treated me any nicer and they didn’t know me at all. I was very surprised when I stopped in on a whim to look at a C63 AMG they had on the lot. Almost all (if not all) of their inventory consisted of low mileage one owner cars. Definitely not what I expected from a smaller used car dealer. As much as I wanted the C63 I knew my wife would kill me (that car is a freaking rocket ship btw) so I ended up purchasing a practically new 2018 BMW 330i. I paid at least $4,000 below market price. At the end of the day I can’t say enough about these guys and would recommend them to anyone based on my experience.

I had an excellent experience with Greenlight. As soon as I pulled in Kenny came out and introduced himself. He was very professional and did not try and force me into buying a truck. He wanted to work with me to see what I could afford and see what he could do to help. I gave Kenny some numbers and certain trucks I was looking at and he got me the number I wanted. I am very pleased with my visit there and will definitely be back to buy another truck from them when it is time. They were all helpful in anyway possible l!

Jeff gave me a great deal on exactly what I wanted. He was very professional and didn't have all of the fees that a big dealership charges. They were able to transfer my tag to my new car and they just treated me great. I highly recommend them.
