I appreciate the customer care these people here showed. I needed them fast and they were there to help in a timely and effective manner. I would say definitely use them for all your locksmith needs. They really know what they’re doing and do it well.

I thought I had locked my keys in my car, they called me back immediately, and the locksmith was so helpful and advised that I search harder for my keys because he did not feel there was any way that I could’ve locked my keys in my car as it is a new vehicle. He even called and checked up on me several minutes later to make sure that he didn’t need to get in the car, he very easily could have come out and charge me for a service I didn’t need, but he was so kind and helpful. He offered to schedule a spare key later would definitely recommend them.

It was expedient and effective. They communicated with me on their way over. The price was substantial. It was not cheap, but it was worth it. It was good service.

I was in a pretty bad situation, locked out of my house. I was cold and raining and I only had short sleeve shirt on. I called Mount Juliet precision locksmiths and they were there in a short time and not only allowed me to get inside but also repaired the problem I was having with my door.
