Clarion Hotel Nashville Downtown - Stadium

I have had the pleasure of staying at this establishment on two occasions, and I must commend the staff for their exceptional level of service. Upon requesting an early check-in, they went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The bartender, Jeremy, provided outstanding service with a warm and welcoming demeanor, making it difficult to leave the premises. Likewise, Melinda in the kitchen showcased culinary excellence and exemplified remarkable hospitality. The overall staff experience was truly remarkable, and as a result, I am now committed to exclusively staying at this location in the future.

This hotel was wonderful! My daughter and I were greated with a warm welcome the minute we walked in the door! Angel was so awesome and definitely went above and beyond for me! Both bartenders were great and even the morning breakfast was delicious and clean! The heated pool was perfect for my daughter and the location of the hotel was close to everything we wanted to do. Definitely recommend staying here!

I didn’t expect to feel like I do upon leaving this place. They literally made me feel like I was home! Angel Reyna, Kenny! And the shuttle driver with the gold teeth! Were outstanding! I mean outstanding! They went out of their way to make me feel safe, happy and at home! They held my luggage, printed things, gave me a ride downtown and were just so dang hospitable! Honestly, I will stay here again- even though it’s not on the strip and I normally don’t stay anywhere twice! it was just so dangerous and I felt cared about every time I stepped out of my room! Thank you all!

For us the hotel was perfect, modern and spacious room with a bed big enough for both.

Angel and China/Chyna were extremely helpful as was the manager whose name I never got, lovely people.

Shuttle bus was an added bonus for us getting to Broadway each day before heading elsewhere.

We recently stayed here while in town for AAU. What I didn't know when I booked it was that it was the last night of 3 sold out Morgan Wallen shows. When we arrived there was a line to check in and were told rooms were still being cleaned due to being fully booked the night before. The staff was GREAT! They kept the line moving and never forgot anyone. After a short wait, we went to our room and found it immaculate. Our tub did have an issue with the water mostly coming out of the faucet and not the shower head but we were there for one night and it didn't really matter. I can't say enough how friendly and inviting the staff were! We travel a lot for basketball and that's not the norm. I will definitely stay here again when in Nashville.

Shuttle service was 1st class. Kevin was very professional and punctual. Enjoyed the rides to and from the hotel. The breakfast was good, the room was very nice. The front desk was very helpful. Thanks to Angel, Kevin and the crew for this enjoyable experience.

This was one of the better-priced hotels we could find in the area, A 5 min bus ride to downtown, the front desk staff is fantastic, the rooms are no frills but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the shuttle was great. We will definitely stay again.

Would highly recommend to anyone looking for abreak to chill or hit the music scene you will find it all there.

Absolutely amazing service from the entire team. We were in a jam where our original meeting space for 50 people was not available. We found this out at 7pm the day before the meeting. We were able to get in touch with Angel at 9pm and he helped us arrange everything that night and get prepped for the morning. From what could have been a disaster, we had a very successful event and it was all because of Angel and his team. They had everything ready for us, took care of food and shuttles for transport. I can't express our gratitude enough. They were truly amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Many our our guests commented on the positive experience they had interacting with the Angel and his team. Highly recommend for hosting events.

Good location, a short shuttle ride ( provided by the hotel) to Broadway. A little worn overall but the room is spacious and clean. A/C is locked at 73 so warmer than I like in my room but liveable.

Excellent breakfast! Inviting lobby space with comfortable furniture. Small things that needed fixing in the room was promptly taking care of. Wonderful and attentive staff that asked how my concert went after we came back.

Great place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Complimentary buffet breakfast. Parking free. Rooms comfortable.
And, they provide a free shuttle service into the city.
I will recommend this hotel.

less then a mile from everything it was to far to walk on a cold night. but traffic wasn't bad once you left area of the bars

This is a great hotel from start to finish. Front desk staff were welcoming, honest and helpful. Clint and Ivy always had a smile on their face and made you feel part of their family. The free shuttle to downtown not only saves you a TON of money in parking but VERY convenient and runs every 30 minutes so no need to wonder if they will show up! The transportation drivers are SUPERB!!! Raul and Atavia, went above and beyond expectations and made our stay even better! Mimi made sure everything was ship shape in breakfast every morning and Justin and Joseph made sure we were adequately served and entertained in the bar area every night. We received housekeeping daily and always saw employees cleaning lobbies, outside areas, bathrooms, etc. I just wish this hotel was closer to me so I could steal a few of their employees! They were fantastic! Well ran and cant wait to return! Bravo!

My son, my girlfriend and I stayed here for two nights while we were in town to watch Monster Jam World Finals at Nissan Stadium. This hotel was perfect for this event. We did not experience any issues or any issues the other reviewers shared.
Our room was clean and was ready as soon as we arrived even though we were there two hours before our check in time. The staff was welcoming and incredibly friendly. The hotel offers a free shuttle to downtown Nashville and they were even nice enough to drop us off at the corner of the stadium. The FREE WiFi was fast. The bed was comfortable. Just remember to bring your dongles because there were no USB ports in the room. The indoor pool was roomy. The complimentary continental breakfast was delicious. It included scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, several cereals, danishes and make your own waffles. Best of all you are less than a mile walk from Nissan Stadium.
If you're attending something at Nissan stadium and don't want to hassle with parking or traffic, I'd recommend staying here. My rating: 𝗕𝗘𝗦𝗧

I'm so glad I chose to stay at this hotel while in Nashville. I was there for the Beyonce concert that was being held at the Nissan Stadium. The best decision I've made the stadium was in walking distance, which was awesome. The service was great anytime of the day. The hotel had a bar, swimming pool, free breakfast, and a shuttle. This was so convenient, that's why I gave them 5 🌟. If I'm ever in town again, I'll most definitely be staying here again.

I had never been to Nashville and came here for a girls trip and this was a perfect hotel to stay at. They had a shuttle that went right to downtown so we could see all the sites and come back and there was a bar and a pool for later evening entertainment. The Uber ride home from Broadway Street was about 15 to $20 if you wanted to stay on Broadway Street past when the shuttle ends. The rooms were very comfortable and the pillows are really small but there's a lot of them so at first I wasn't sure about it but they wound up being really comfortable once I figured out how to situate them :-) my friend say I'm a bit of a princess... And this hotel is nothing fancy but perfectly adequate with very nice service at a very affordable rate. There are really expensive hotels right on Broadway for a whole lot more but Then you also have to pay for parking and there are other issues. This place is nice and quiet, free parking, which was nice because I wanted to drive to see some of the other sites during the day. If you want something affordable and enjoyable I totally recommend this place and expect that if I were to go back I would stay here again. The only thing I wish they had was a Jacuzzi and maybe that the bar stay open later and have more food options.

The hotel staff was amazing very helpful, Daniel our shuttle driver was awesome, Justin and Mat were top notch at bar. The rooms very clean and room service was amazing. Would definitely stay again, close to the stadium and downtown.

Wonderful place to stay. The absolute best part was the wonderful staff. The attendant at the desk and the evening shuttle driver were some of the nicest people I have ever met. They were fantastic! The rooms were clean, the shuttle service was so convenient, and the location was perfect. You could either walk to the downtown during the day, or shuttle if you choose. Just a great place to stay.
