Nashville Public Library Hermitage Branch

Love this place. They have great programs and events. They are also right next to an awesome playground. Great for a rainy day for kids as well.

Went here for early voting and discovered the library has things I never thought of. For example, on Wed night is a free yoga class from 6-7 pm. Who knew? Not me!! And I had been looking for a yoga class. So check with your library to see what they might have that would interest you!

Nice library branch in Hermitage. Glad to see them open again. Looks like they got remodeled, new furniture, super clean and tidy. Love those books!

A beautiful, well-lit library with study rooms, public computers, and a great children’s area complete with puzzles, their own computer workstations, puppets, and games. Additionally, there is a public playground and park right outside. We are regular visitors.

I love this library. It's always clean and well organized, and the staff is friendly too. Selection is great and you can have a book from a different location delivered here if they don't have what you're looking for. I do wish they had more "displays" for popular or recommended books since it can sometimes be hard to find something on a whim.

Great place for kids. Bigger library and great staff! I have used the staffs help multiple times to get documents notarized.

Love this facility. Never too crowded. Large selection of books and media. Right near a little picnic area. Good location to bring kiddos. Spent the last two days there studying for a certification.

Solid place to borrow all forms of media and information, really quiet as well. Enjoyabe place to be overall, if you need a place to study or read this is the place

This is a great library, they even extend services to non-residents. Lots of public use computers, books galore and digital content too, and a really good kids area complete with play area and storytime room!

Easy and fast services, you have free spaces to just seat and read your favorite book, they have a lot of categories in the library and online. Very professional, clean and quiet as it supposed to... Big parking lot.

Great library for kids of all ages. They often have story times, "dance parties" and lots of toys and activities for babies, toddlers and young kids to enjoy. They have a huge audiobook selection and a pretty decent DVD selection as well. The staff is always extremely helpful and polite.

I go for the nostalgia of browsing old and new movies, like the Blockbuster days. If you like to binge watch tv shows but dont wanna pay for every streaming service.. Rent it here for free instead. Staff is great, huge selection, one of the nicer libraries in Nashville.

I have been going to this library since before the new building which is probably a while ago and I have seen people come and go but they always have mainly wonderful staff. I do wish they had not changed to this new totally mediocre library sign but I suppose Metro wants to look like everyone else, and it saddens me sometimes how much we have shrunk but the quality perseveres. The art boxes are interesting and I love the creativity. I consider this 'my library' even if I occasionally visit others.

I love this library. Huge selection, super convenient to reserve titles online for later pick up, and you have the choice to chat with a librarian when checking out or skip the line and do a self book check out. The computers are well kept as well, and there are plenty of different areas to choose from if you want to sit and read for a while. The little park next door is nice, too, for some fresh air (and Pokestops, haha).

Took my granddaughter to the library, this one was new just a few years ago. Staff was very helpful, selection was great, thank you!

I love this location. It is clean and open. They have very convenient pick-up for holds and self check-out. It's also a great place for early voting.
