Jack in the Box

Great food, and service. However you can tell from the appearance that the franchise owner is skimping on the building upkeep, why fix it if when the money is still coming in right?

Best Jack in the Box I've ever been to! Well managed and clean, and the food and service were great.

Had a nice experience here considering it’s fast food. Everything tasted good and the staff was friendly even when we encountered an issue, they had ran out of sausage, not really anything to complain about considering how the rest of 2020 has gone. I happily accepted the bacon and the guy at the drive thru was cool and probably deserves a raise. Don’t know his name but he’s got tattoo on arms and was friendly.

I got the #1 meal on the menu, the Bacon and Swiss Buttery Jack. This is one of the tastiest burgers in existence. With a side of seasoned curly fries and a soda to drink, it's a darn near perfect fast food meal.

The food was hot and tasted fresh.

They have a friendly staff that gets your order right out. The facility is clean and seems to be in good repair. I've been in the area and visited the restaurant many times and never had any issues. Clean bathrooms as well. I would recommend Jack in the Box for a quick hot meal.

Always fast and friendly service!! ALWAYS have fresh food AND they ALWAYS get my order correct!! If I have had a bad day and I'm in Hudson area, this is where I go because I know it won't get any worse!!

This location looked closed at first. There was zero customers, but the crew was great. Food was good, right and fast. Almost impossible to get in fast food nowadays.

The managers are very friendly they deserved a raise the food from nights shift are great the people at the window always nice :)

Fast and courteous service. Delicious food. They take mobile orders by the app really well and take care of customer service promptly in Lufkin, unlike in Nacogdoches.
