Or is very small restaurant also small but it is your local convenient store. Prices are great food always taste good.

This is one of those small places that people probably skip. It has really good food in a small old fashioned Cafe of sorts.

Hernandez is so out of my way but the trip is worth it. They have the best menudo, pork tamales, and barbacoa in Lufkin.

This is an awesome little country store with an awesome Restaurant in back. The service is great and the FOOD - oh my- The FOOD- well let's just say I could possibly be their biggest fan!
Everything Is Good, but my weakness is the rice! I've never had rice that good anywhere else. If you are a fan of Mexican Food, you won't be disappointed

Best food in town hands down! Reminds me of my grandma's cooking growing up. Hand made tortillas and the burritos with the pot roast... Sooo Good!! 🤗☺

This is absolutely the best burrito, I've ever had hands down , I had the loaded ground beef, the pico , is excellent as well , I'll definitely be back, staff is very friendly too !

I will always like the location of the store, the vibe, and the people who run it. Its the only store really nearby in the area and the plus is they have a restaurant and serve real food. They are understanding folks giving it the local vibe treatment then some large corporate store. Even thou the convience doesnt sell gas, i think when and if they do it might lose a bit of its quaint flare. Regardless, they have a big heart. When asked to donate to a local cause from their own kitchen they matched as many tacos,tamelaes, etc as their competitor which speaks volumes at least to volunteer buffs like I. If you believe in local and buying local then this is your store who gives back in return!!!

Just moved 5 minutes away from this place! The food is so good and everyone who works there is so nice! Very affordable & quick service to boot. They definitely have a new regular!
