Java Jacks Coffee House

Great location with fair prices. The staff was nice and fast at getting our coffee. They had a decent variety of scones, croissants, and muffins. They have four or five different sizes for drinks. They also have a pretty good variety of coffee grounds for sale. Lots of seating inside and I am pretty sure this location had a drive through in the back.

Best coffee in town by far! Staff is always friendly and service is always quick. The food is fresh and delicious and the espresso is amazing. I love this place and they will always have my business.

Nice coffee shop in a breakfast oriented little strip mall. Very clean (including the bathroom). We had 2 specialty coffees and muffins and were very impressed. We will continue to support this shop.

I decided to stop by this place about a week ago and it was really good, so I've been going there since and every time it's been a good experience, friendly and welcoming, today the lady at the window offered a pupcup for my puppy and I brought it home to share with the others, they loved it! Too cute!!

We came at noon, and they were open and very quick! Even blended my iced coffee for me. Also, not listed on their menu, but they do have dairy-free options: oatmilk, coconut, and almond (almond only in cold drinks). They also have cute mugs and T-shirts as swag.

Immediately felt welcomed with a very kind staff ! They were very understanding and accommodating of my allergens. The food and drinks were amazing !! will be coming back soon :)

I have a new favorite coffee place. Today was my first time visiting. The coffee was awesome. The staff is very friendly. They were busy, but the lady behind the counter took the time to ask if I liked the coffee. I will definitely be back.

As someone who has been in the service industry for over 25 years and food service particularly for 12 years as well as management and ownership of 2 business, I must say that Java Jacks in Lufkin is always great and the staff is friendly and accommodating. I love that I can sleep until noon on a weekend and still have somewhere to go that serves BREAKFAST that actually tastes like it’s made fresh and I can get it from the convenience of my car window. Java Jacks always makes me AND my pups happy in the drive thru. In the past there have been a couple of employees who didn’t seem to love their job (I think that’s pretty par for course since 2020) but overall the staff, coffee and particularly the breakfast sandwiches have always been great. The quality and service here have far surpassed many locally owned as well as popular chains during and after the Covid Crisis! I’ve never once been disappointed with this coffee shop. I can’t say the same about the other coffee shops in this town or any other town for that matter.

Very helpful if you want to try out different kinds of coffee. Get a pour over to taste the different beans available. While you are waiting on your pour over, appreciate the barista’s wit with the seasonal signs over by the cream and sugar. Taste and see the Java Jacks difference.

Love coming here to work. I get my London fog, or chai, or maybe a fancy latte and fly through my work in the corner. I love their Spicy Pig sandwiches! They keep the space very clean, the staff is attentive and friendly. Sometimes my hubby and I will go and play a game together there over a drink and a pastry. It's perfect.

My sister and I stopped here for their breakfast crossaint and coffee at least twice a month after taking the granddaughter to school. Very nice people and good eats.

Absolutely the BEST breve white chocolate mocha I have ever had! The service was also fantastic!

Stopped in for the first time with my kids. Friendly staff. Upon recommendation I got the Creme Brulee iced coffee and its delicious. Two of my girls got ice cream shakes and my oldest got the vanilla iced chi and they love it. Definitely be coming back again.

Brightened my day after dealing with a family loss. Quick witted barista and chat with the owner over coffee beans and roasts helped ease the sting. Can’t go wrong with Lumberjack blend!
