Nice park, very quite at nite. Updated fences, repaving driveways slowly cause of weather. Pool just re surfaced. Neighborhood watch. Great family park with club house pool table. Horseshoe pit bring you horseshoes. Basketball area for kids, Activities in club house for adults too. Weight watchers.Bridge .Two times yearly appreciation meal for tenants.

I love the estates I have a very awesome loyal friend that lives there now I helped move into his place and always enjoy going over there it's a very welcoming estate with very friendly neighbors and very nice and relaxing calm feeling everytime I go and see my amazing friend and wish very much I was living there.
