Taco Palace

These tacos are loaded and full of flavor!!! We had the tripa, cabeza, lengua and asada. Every taco was amazing. We also ordered the surf and turf fries and they were SO DELICIOUS!

We got Carne Asada Fries and a Colorado Burrito which were awesome! Great portion size and you definitely get what you pay for. So many options looked good we couldn't easily decide what to get.

I had the plate of 4 street tacos and was very pleased. I ordered two tacos of tripas and the tripa was nice and toasty and crispy. I asked the guy serving me what he would choose between the lengua, pastor, adobada, and the barbacoa and he said the barbacoa. I also asked about the menudo. There was a moment of hesitation and then he said it was good but if I'm going to spend a Sunday meal having menudo I know where to go that has pata which they don't. The tacos that came out were delicious and included a perfectly grilled baby onion, a huge grilled serrano pepper, three containers each of tomatillo salsa and red salsa, and a baggie with several lime wedges. I ate at the restaurant. I was the only customer there at 3 pm although the drive through was busy. The tacos were delicious and they played Mexican music. The jamaica was delicious and not overly sweetened. The barbacoa had a great taste, but my favorite was the tripitas. The tripas was crispy and cut to the perfect size. The tacos had diced onions and cilantro on top and the salsa, onion, and chili accompanied the tacos perfectly. Over all it was exactly what I wanted. I see there are a lot of negative reviews and I hesitated to come here but I didn't want to ride my bike an extra mile just to go to a taco place I've already been to. I would definitely come back for those tacos. I am very pleased.

ONE OF THE BEST PLACES IVE EVER HAD THE DISTINCT HONOR OF EATING AT!!! Food is always fresh hot and made with pride. Always that one awesome dude holding the fort down all night. Always friendly and kind. Does awesome on his own, hopefully gets help at night eventually.

My go-to 2am craving meal. They are open 24/7 and they are never crazy busy like the other 24/7 spots we have. Looks more family owned and tasted sooo much better than fast food. Pricing is accordingly though. The Carne asada fries is my favorite! Never had an issue with consistency of meals, always cooked to perfection.

A new king of tacos is in the building.
There are so many good places for that around town but this place is all around good.
From quesadillas to burritos to platters.
They nail everything we have tasted.
Definitely recommend.
Starts with their homemade tortillas. They are so light and right crispiness yet soft and tasty.
Their sauce bar too has you covered from mild sauces to spicy, and the lime and radish and even a curve ball with the onions side.
I hope this place lasts.
And with how good the food is, it's only a matter of time before they establish themselves as a go to place in Brighton.
And I haven't even mentioned the service.
Very courteous lady greeted us and even gave suggestions.
Don't be afraid to make it your own even tho the menu has certain ingredient, you can ask them to add or remove ingredients you don't like.
And don't worry, the portions are more than generous for reasonable prices.

3:00a.m. $9.75. Bread is toasted perfectly, ingredients have a lot of flavors. Alot of pride and care went into cooking this torta at 3:00a.m.

We went here yesterday, and then again today, and the Taco's, Tostada's, and smothered Burrito were AMAZING!! PLEASE keep your food consistent. As a foodie, we're finding restaurants that are great one day, and a different taste the next. 2 days in a row you guys did GREAT!! 2👍🏽👍🏽 thumps up!! You all have to check them out. They're on Iliff and Broadway.

Omg love love this restaurant, get a number 7 you won't regret it for sure! Also if you go during lunch a number 7 would feed three people easily!

Pretty authentic Mexican food, not super pricey and the place is always clean. My husband and I eat lunch here often, the staff is always super friendly and food is always delicious.

Under new management so decided to give them another chance after giving up on the old management. Got the “Monster” breakfast burrito and it exceeded my expectations. Plenty of meat, eggs, potatoes and cheese and they gave 5 sides of red and green salsa.

I didn't eat here but I get a lot of door dashes late at night around 2 a.m. so it must be pretty good it smells pretty good and they get the order right out through the drive-through quickly to me so I can go and do the dash love it

Been looking for a new drive through Mexican place since moving to this area. This place checked off all the boxes. Nothing fancy but the food was tasty and the portions were great. We’ll definitely be going back

The place has been very consistent through a management change and the quality has gotten better. Now they are open 24/7. Taco Palace is a great choice at an hour. They always have menudo which is another treat for me but the menu is full of gems.

I came here the day my cat passed away with some family and the Carne asada fries quite literally helped soothe me in such a way that I cannot even describe. I had been coming here for a while and loved it every time but that day Taco Palace was legit a hero. Thanks you I miss the old owners but the new management is great and the new menu is fire! Watch out for the Serrano peppers!!! Yum yum!!!

Got 6 street tacos with 3 different meats and they were delicious! They were generous on meat, soft corn tortillas and topped with onion and cilantro. This was our first time and definitely will be back!

Its open 24 hours!! Dont know why nothing else is, like before. But im so glad this is!

3am and food was still delicious 10/10 highly recommend
