Safeway

I had the best service and experience from the Lady at the Florist dept this past Saturday 01-06-24. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. I normally go to an actual Florist shop for Flowers but that day it was closed at noon, so I decided to go to Safeway to look at Flowers and I was very impressed on the customer service. I will be returning for future flower arrangements.

Awesome staff. Awesome selection. One of the best Safeway stores I've ever frequently visited.

Needs some more wings selections. Still 5 stars!!

Have you been to this Safeway? It's like stepping back into 1997. In a good way! The man running the produce department is a joy though and he takes immense pride in the appearance of his department. I highly recommend this place!

Thank god for honest people. I left my phone by the lotto machine and somebody turned it in. 2 people could have easily kept it (the person that found it and the worker). I'm super grateful and lucky. Thank you. Oh and Safeway has great food prices and yadda yadda.

I needed a birthday cake for our son who lives in Brighton! I live in Washington state. The team in the bakery made a beautiful cake and Delivered it to my son, he lives a mile away! The front end manager made it happen long distance when it seemed impossible.

All the good sales.
One thing that I didn't like.
Was the two men that was stocking the dairy products.
I said good morning, and the just looked at me.
The way I felt was what is this Spanish person doing in our store.
They had no customer service skills.
Or maybe they need to learn that we are all the same kind of person.
Just different skin color.

Even though this location never seems to be busy they always have what I'm looking for. I stopped in to see if they had bamboo shots and they did! They have the best baked goods choices as well. Also found some reasonably priced fish packages.

I have to say Jennifer in the bakery is awesome. I always get my cakes from her, she listens and goes above and beyond when she really doesn't have to. She surprises me in a good way every time I pick up my cake. You have a keeper with her, she is a great asset to your store. Love her

Produce is fresh and workers will help you find anything you need. Check out clerks friendly & personable yet move quickly to get one through the line. I hope this store stays open. Their employees are the best!

I live in Florida but visit my son here often. I love this store. It's never crowded, the produce section is well stocked, the selections are good, prices better than KS, and the people there are very friendly and helpful.

So as I was waiting in the hot car for my friend who was shopping at this location, I noticed one of your employees putting out some firewood. She had the new firewood on a forklift and was struggling with it just a bit, because the piles of firewood started to fall off the top. With long strawberry blonde hair, just letting it flow in the hot afternoon sun, I watched her and the customers just walk by her without paying any mind to her struggles. Finally a man of middle age, stopped and helped her pick up a few bundles of the firewood that had fallen from the top. And then he went into the store.
She looked so tired, fragile and frustrated. I wouldn't blame her if she had tears come to her eyes. She had on pants that I know where so hot to be in, a company short and I believe an apron.
After unloading the new firewood onto the old, she hurried around the corner of the building, I then followed her with my car, if I would had some cold bottled water I would have offered her some. I truly felt bad for her. I know it wad her job but in all fairness, there was enough firewood out on the planks, couldn't she have done this part of her job later in the afternoon when it had cooled off.
When I did approach her, I told her what an outstanding job she had done and that I was going to talk to the store manager and let them know that they had an awesome employee. She thanked me and then we parted.
I did go back to where I had parked previously and luckily my parking spot was still open. And I did call the store and I did talk to a lady manager that was in duty and told her that they had an awesome employee working for them and they were very lucky to have such a person.

I had left my Pepsi zero on my cart outside while it’s snowing and someone from produce I believe his name was Armando I was told by the manager went out in the snow and brought back in my Pepsi… thanks man! Appreciate it

I love the meat department here at Safeway. You cannot find service like this anymore. I love how accommodating the butchers are and willingness to help you with what you are looking for. I have been buying all my meat here. The quality and service is great. I use a lot of soup bones and they almost always have bones available! If they don't have what you are looking for, make sure you ask the butcher!

Clean and fresh inside which is a pleasant surprise from the parking lot. Excellent customer service! Well stocked. Yet another store where you can't trust the customers to care about safety recommendations. Not at all crowded though and I only saw 1 shopping service shopper where down the street, you are literally tripping over and 'competing' with rude shoppers.

Nice store never have an issue finding items I'm looking for. Staff is always nice and helpful.

The store near me is hardly ever busy. I really appreciate shopping somewhere that does not have different faces behind the counter every few months. I know for a fact that more than one employee has been there since I was in high school and they were starting out bagging groceries. I will always return to Safeway.

This store is clean and has great deals once in a while. We shop here for the sales and love the monopoly game when its out. We save money by using the stores coupons and add them directly to our club card. Staff is friendly and somewhat knowledgeable!

I love this store. I hate grocery shopping, but it's so easy to find things here and be out super fast. The people who work here are super nice too.

Love this Safe way store. I love the selection they have and the liquor store option in the back. The prices on wine and beer are awesome. The produce is so fresh and awesome. The prices on meat and produce are nice. The bathrooms are always clean along with the store.
