Rite Aid

I've been their pharmacy customer for over 2 decades. There have essentially never been problems getting my medications filled reliably even though I take at least 8, one of which is a controlled substance, and one of which is so rare they wouldn't otherwise have it in stock. They almost always answer their phones. When there is a problem, they use knowledge and compassion to help solve it. When I request refills of medications in person or request that they be filled quickly, the prescriptions are ready in about 10 min.

RiteAid on Russell is great! Pharmacists so knowledgeable and both pharmacy staff and store staff are friendly and available for assistance. Store is very clean too!

I specifically get my prescriptions now at this Rite Aid because of the great pharmacy staff who are always polite, helpful and professional.

The pharmacist is kind and timely.

What would help this location is if more customers considered using the Rite Aid app to refill their prescriptions. It’s much easier to do it there than to call in because this is a very busy pharmacy.

I usually don’t write reviews but the staff from this Rite Aid location need some recognition. VERY FRIENDLY staff, clean store, organized shelves, and I could find everything in my list here. Ice cream is great too

I accidentally hit one star on the kiosk before it skipped my payment thinking it was five stars. The gentleman that helped me with my ice cream was very nice I’m so sorry for the bad review

I didn't come for any prescription drugs so can't comment on that, but the service at the checkout counter was really great! Someone budded me in line and I didn't say anything but the cashier very politely stood up for me! I'm new to the area and they also went out of their way to help. I had a great experience.

Had a happy and friendly experience at the store. Staff are knowledgeable, helping find products, and kind. Store has self checkout making the visit quick and fast when I'm in a run.

Really easy to find stuff, clear on available discounts and super helpful associates.
