Bed Bath & Beyond

All of the sales ladies were very nice and helpful. The item we went in for was out of stock so they ordered it. They were able to deliver it to the store or to the home, but it was a bigger item and we did not want to get it stolen off the front porch. So they will hold it in the store and call us when it gets there. They were also able to look up the email address and use the best coupons for the purchase.
On a separate purchase I found a clearance item. They were able to go to one of the computers and look at my email address and find the best coupon for me print it out and use it at the cash register.

Stocks were low so there wasn't alot to choose from. I think they were in the process of seasonal changes. But the employees were super friendly and helpful! We DID find what we were looking for at a great price WITH a 20% discount!!!

The store is always immaculate extremely clean. The employees are friendly. Whenever help is needed they get right to it which I truly appreciate. One of my favorite stores here in Redding.

I was finally able to get the Homedics brand percussion massager. They are very popular. It's best to call to see if they have them in stock before you go into the store. You can also do an online order and get in-store pickup if you don't want to leave things on your doorstep if you're worried about things being stolen.

Interesting visit. Went to look at kitchen knives. We asked for help and a lady came over and basicly read the descriptions that were written on the sign. I know how to read. She didn't answer our questions. We left to go look somewhere else. About 45 minuts later we realized that we had left a bunch of coupons in the cart. So, back we go. When we got there, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Andrea helped us with the knives and I ended up buying a couple of nice knives, and a few other things that we needed. It was like night and day between the two visits.

Loved this place I found things I needed for my kitchen, bathroom& bedroom. There was also a grocery section that had a very nice selection of products that I haven't found in the local markets. I'm for sure coming back to their new location next to Ross

Live this place, tasty coffee drinks and great community presence. However, if you are looking for a black no cream coffee, it's hard to find here.
