Brookside Redding Mobile Home Park

Love this park! Tucked away off a winding road through wide spread properties and quiet neighborhoods. Many of these spaces have large lots and there are a ton of spaces that are on the end cap if you're trying to score a space with no neighbors to one side. There's even a little creek just behind the park that creates a wonderful ambiance. What I find most appealing here are the manufactured homes that are well kept and have friendly tenants/owners.

Very nice park. Seems quiet and friendly. Management was very helpful and took time to answer my questions.

Good clean place, people our great and very friendly I haven't had any problems here. Would recommend to a friend or family if I had any say so.

Have resided here for 15 yrs. It is a very nice family park. Has changed for the better. Come check out the nice mobils that are for sale. Some brand new and some refurbished like new. Very quiet ,rural area. Why rent when you can own.

Clean trailer park. Neighbors are friendly and overall pretty quiet. The few bad apples here have been evicted.

Small but beautiful. Very friendly neighborhood. No phone reception but very child friendly even without a pool

They have redone the older ones and slowly replacing with cute little double wides. Actually looks very nice.

Did a drive through, well kept, looked like a good place.
