Matthews Mattress

I was unaware of the intricacies of how much mattresses have changed in my life time. Two separate reps gave me realistic, practical expectations in such an important and detailed decisions. I didn't want to go to the big corporate mattress chain, and I wanted to stay as local as possible. My mother, apparently, had purchased every mattress we've ever owned from Matthews. I'm glad she pointed me to them. Now I've got a luxurious bed and I feel informed enough to know I made the decision that was best for me! I've got aches and pains to work through but actually being able to rest comfortably makes it all the easier. Thanks Matthews! Your knowledgeable service reps really helped.

We were given great advice and service, both over the phone prior to coming in, and while at the store. We were then able to confidently choose the best mattress for us. We have already referred family and they also were very happy with Matthews Mattress.

We had a nice mattress, but needed a foundation "box" and queen-size bed frame, too. Mathews delivered them the next day--at a very good price. They also set them up and hauled away the worn-out, broken ones. We were happy campers--and sleepers.

I needed a bed for my aging mother. Nick stayed late after hours so we could meet and I was 1/2 he late due to mom having a little event. Nick had everything set up and ready for us. I ended up going with his first and recommended choice. Price was good and Nick's help was better. We liked it so much I called back the next day and ordered a complete 2nd bed for my aging dad. Nick was a wonder sales representative. Very knowledgeable and no pressure sales. I felt very comfortable with him. I am afraid I need to get a softer mattress and will need to contact Nick for help on this process. But he did go over this with me and I expect Matthews will stand behind their products and continue with great customer service.

Our experience was wonderful. Nick was accommodating and honest which allowed us to make the best choice for us. We never felt pressured and he made us feel at home. The delivery service was quick and efficient and they are some great people running things even behind the scenes.
