Andy and his assistants are thorough, professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. He measured my progress and personally worked with me at EVERY appointment. He changed my exercises and therapy to fit my progress. He's the best! Would highly recommend him.

I have been to a few therapists through my adventures of hurting myself and trying to get problems fixed, this by far has been my best experience and they have made my shoulder pain go away and have my lower back more stable and in less pain than I have been in years. Currently working on my knee after surgery and it is moving along faster than I thought it was going to be. Really great job. The staff is always friendly and willing to help if you have questions or concerns about your therapy..

The best physical therapy in Redding as far as I am concerned. When I was choosing Physical Therapy places with my surgeon, I asked him where he would send his wife - he recommended Shasta Physical Therapy over the other places.

I went 3 times a week for several weeks after rotator cuff surgery. They are caring and understanding of the pain and soreness. Everyone there is nice and friendly - even the other patients there were nice. It's actually a fun place to be. I was sad when I was finally released.

If and when I need physical therapy again I will go back to Shasta Physical Therapy.

This office is amazing! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They worked with my insurance and doctors to get everything going. I just had to show up. Nikki at the front counter is always so nice and she remembers your name immediately. All the aids are very friendly and personable. Gary is an excellent Therapist and I would highly recommend. I had a lot of pain from a bad fall and less than 2 months I'm back to feeling normal. Check them out first!

I've been coming here for six months getting PT for a broken ankle after a car accident. Gary and his team are wonderful, kind, polite, and exceedingly patient. Month after month, they gently encouraged me to push myself and my ankle just a little more. Over time, you reap the benefits. Through the pain, you reap the benefits. Through the entire process, you've got a team of people helping you navigate all the changes to your body. Running late? They understand. Forgot your appointment? They'll give you a call to remind you, (usually 30 minutes past your appointment), and they can usually reschedule you for the same day. If you trust them to push you and your injury, you will get the best chance possible toward a full recovery.

I have received physical therapy at about 5 different therapy offices in the Redding area in the last decade, and this office sets the bar. They are small but that translates to more attention to detail and better results. I can't say enough good things about each one of their staff members and therapists!

I love the staff and the care they gave me. They are very attentive, paid attention to my use of machines and how I moved, always making sure I did everything correctly. Even now, as I am exercising on my own, they watch and correct me, if needed.

All the employees are super nice caring people! They put you first, always knowing how to help and care for you. The only physical therapy office I will go too!
