Seems like every town on the US has a Chinese buffet, and Redding is no exception. This buffet offers all the usual food options including some American foods as well. The food will be fresh if you get here wisely near to opening, like 11:30 or before. I did and the food was all fresh and hot and the service was fine. Prices are up like everything these days.

I want to update my review. We eat here frequently. We were there last week on Sunday it was the all day dinner menu and i was very disappointed in the quality of the food. I was not looking forward to going back. However, we were there today and the food was fresh, plenty of it. New dishes all were very good. Cant wait to go back.
I love this place food is good, there is a variety to choose from, the only thing I wish they would bring back is there Mongolian grill. We keep telling the owners to do that.
Still no Mongolian grill.
Can't wait to go back.

It was my first time here and it was amazingly good. I enjoyed the soup and variety of food. Would come back!

The food is so delicious here!! Showed up for my birthday and little did I know they give free meal when you show your ID for proof. So that was awesome!
I didn't realize that we forgot to tip until the day after... I know, I felt horrible.. 😭

I had a really bad day today and my dad took us out to dinner tonight and honestly it was great. The server who took us to our table was really nice, the server who collected our plates and refilled our drinks was super on top of it and he was also very nice. I never have an issue here. I've had a hankering for some sushi for a week now and this dinner just fulfilled that craving. Love this place. My favorite food they serve is their Jalapeno Chicken. Always spicy and always cooked perfectly. My hats off to the chefs who make the food that's served they are masters at their craft.

I love this place. Food is good, some trial and error to find the best stuff. Don’t skip the tira misu! Decent price ($60 for 2 people including tip). Koi are fun to watch.

Big selection of foods, very tasty. Clean & well stocked food tables. Also can order from menu. Yummy, & service persons are friendly & helpful. Love going to Grand Buffet !

Food is always good, servers are usually attentive, and they make an effort to keep the atmosphere nice. I've been around 6-7 times

Everything was a great experience clean place for sure great staff great food great. What also sold me on this great place was a waiter said we out of orange chicken and the owner said go make more and it was made this was on a take out order we had already ate inside she is very customer oriented just awesome.. Thank u we will be back..

Stopped here on our way back to Monterey. Food was tasty, very hot and appealing. Service was very efficient. Bathrooms were clean. A little pricey place, but food is good! I would recommend stopping here for a bite.

Great food and reasonably priced. Staff were on the ball. They have lots of choices so it was perfect for everyone to get what they liked. This was first time there, we had 6 in our party, which one was our 3 year old Granddaughter, and we all really enjoyed. Would definitely go back.
