My room and the facility were clean. I’m not sure why there are so many complaints about cleanliness. I even checked for bed bugs based off the reviews and it was clean as a whistle. No stains in my room whatsoever.

The staff was exceptional! Pava at the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate us. He is a real asset to this establishment! All of the workers were very friendly and smiled and said hello to us.

For a free hotel breakfast, this place exceeded my expectations with a variety of decent tasting stuff including, but not limited to eggs, sausage, waffles, biscuits and gravy and the rest were items you’d commonly find in a continental breakfast.

This is my third time here and I love it here they are very nice and funny. My kid loves the people here. I'd recommend this hotel over another one in redding. The rooms are so nice and comfortable. They are very reasonable. The workers make sure your as comfortable as you can be.

Always clean, quiet, and they supply u with body wash, shampoo and conditioner and lotion. Awesome place to stay at

I love it here at the Baymont, hotel rooms are nice and cozy and roomier than most motels around Anderson and Redding CA Area.

Let's give praise and gratification to the employees who do an phanomanal job and on the other side of the nickel the owners like to steal your money through not adding itinerary policy and webscript and website THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Came in with three sleeping kids to a lovely check in lady, though and friendly. The morning man Mike made us feel welcome and appreciated. Room clean, pool area was great. The faculty was wonderful but the staff set this one apart.

I rented the most biggest room ever and it was amazing i love what i see what can i say me check in with the employee was good the service was amazing the service person name mike went beyond good for us. Were So thankful for his good customer service we had a good happy anniversary.

Great location, great service, great breakfast and fabulous indoor pool and hot tub. I will most definitely be starting again.

10/10 would recommend and will be staying here again! But next time I’ll be reserving one of the jacuzzis rooms 😍
We had Mike as the front desk clerk and he was quick and very professional.
He even knew and could recommend local eateries and places for dessert!
We spent a little bit of time in the pool area before it closed at 10 and the pool was the perfect tempura for being indoors.
The only thing I wish I could change was that I could’ve checked in sooner to spend more time in our room
P.S the rooms are newly remodeled and are stunning on the inside

This was my second stay, and the hotel staff both times were fantastic. Thanks, Mike and Bree! The mobility room was fantastically designed and easily would have accommodated a wheelchair and service dog. The bed was one of the more comfortable hotel beds I've slept on a few years. Hot tub and swimming pool were amazing too.

The hotel get a recent upgrade. The room looks very good. Things are new and room is very clean. They also have a indoor swimming pool which the water is heat to a perfect temperature. The front desk Mike is very friendly and helpfull. Five star for sure especially consider the price here.

Rooms are very nice now and the indoor heated pool and hot tub are worth their weight in gold. Best costumer service in town. Becca, Bree, Debbie, Diana and myself have the best costumer service in town. Highly recommended.

Bad reviews must be in other rooms. This room was perfect and we stay in Wyndham all over the country. We're upgraded since we are platinum members but the was clean and the only thing I noticed was that the furniture is kinda outdated,but could be pulled off as retro. Lady at the desk was great. Don't go here so that when we come back the room will be open! 😁

It was a nice hotel. Had a pool and hot tub. My girlfriend and I arrived around 9:30pm or so. The pool and hot tub closed at 10 but she was kind enough to let us stay longer. Also they have a good breakfast and I believe are pet friendly

We had the King bed room and the room was very nice. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, and everything was clean. My only complaint was the A/C unit... It was oddly noisy. I'm a fan sleeper so I like noise, but this was rattling and clanking... Weird! It was unbearable though, so we still slept decent.

Everything was wonderful. The staff was very helpful and the room was nice. It's a great place to stay. Mike at the front desk went out of his way to make sure we had a great stay.

Cassandra went above and beyond when it came to greeting us when we arrived. The room we choose unfortunately was over booked, and Cassandra swiftly upgraded our room with ease. Also she made booking with my service dog very easy and smooth. If we are passing through Anderson, we will most definitely stay here again!

Staff is awesome! Rooms are a good size. Indoor pool is such a plus. If we have any questions or concerns they are addressed right away. Doing upgrades to the hotel now, can't wait to see what they do.

The three people that I spoke with at the front desk were very friendly. Breakfast was delicious and our room was clean and comfortable. I like that they provide extra toiletries for free if needed. This hotel is a great budget option to save money and still feel comfortable.

I stayed here on a recent trip to California. Although it may appear dated from the exterior, I found the rooms were quite nice with comfortable clean beds and bedding, and a fridge and microwave.

The night staff Kayla? or Kylie? Sorry I forget. Was extremely polite and courteous and very helpful.

The breakfast buffet had a good selection and was well organized.

This location offers two different late checkouts. One for 2 p.m. and one for 5:30 I believe the 2 p.m. is $20 or $25 extra or you can stay to 5:30 for $35 extra which was with the option we chose.

As someone who travels a fair bit, and I usually travel well into the night, a late check-out it seems to be the biggest issue. Most hotels / motels do not offer anything later than one hour past the regular check out time without paying for another day.

The later check out options here literally changed our entire trip, as we were able to get well rested and I still went down for breakfast after 2 hours sleep and then went back up and had another 6 hours sleep and then slowly got ready and headed out on the highway late.

This may not be important for everyone, but if you like to travel late or find yourself on the road at 2:30 or 3 in the morning and need a place to stay, this can be a real lifesaver and I would highly recommend this location for anyone travelling near Redding / Anderson

Again, the rooms are much nicer than the place appears by its dated exterior, which I believe is going to be undergoing renovations. A bonus is that it's literally across the street from the gas station / convenience store for those items you can microwave. There's also an indoor pool, and vending machines.
