Hardware Express

I had to go in and get an adapter/surge protector for my camper- I knew nothing about what I was looking for. Thankfully I was able to show the guy- i regret not paying attention to his name.... was too frustrated when i walked in- there a picture of my plug in and then a picture of the outlet and he knew exactly how to help me. He spent time walking me over to where i needed to look- not just point or say an aisle- and also spent time trying to find me a cheaper one then the first one he found. The lady cashier also was very friendly. Acknowledge me when. I walked in, asked if i found everything ok when she was ringing me out. I had my little dog with me and she gave her treats and asked if it was ok to engage with her. Thank you guys for making my frustrating day better. Just moved to the area and happy to be set up now.

I have been to this Ace a lot and have been grateful they are there. From little items for around the house, to rental equipment. I think I’ve used and purchased soooo much from them Great place, friendly, and they are very helpful in everything I’ve needed Recently everything I needed for a tree swing

I always get great customer service here at this Ace! Their selection Is pretty vast considering it's Anderson. I wish they would carry more speciality Craftsman tools and sockets. Not to big of a parking lot so if your towing something just beware of this! Sell propane too!

People here are always very helpful and kind. Great place to go for most what you can get from HD/L without having to drive to Redding/Red Bluff. Can almost always find parking close and store is not huge like the others, so super fast to swing by for that extra outlet box, yard tool, plumbing fitting, hardware, etc. They also have tool rentals. Can even shop on line and pickup in store (walk in or curbside).

Asked for help and was guided to exactly what I needed. Thank you for consoling me for my wrong purchase somewhere else and now I need to go to that store to return what they sold me. I have learned my lesson, which is shop here first!

I have no problem with this store, but I didn't like that the man who was sending my fax was sitting there reading my fax in the office. I then asked him not to read it, stating it was private, and he replied, "No worries." But he did in fact read it.

Plenty of helpful people and they have a good amount of hardware and supplies for the diy person.

They almost always have exactly what I want! Sales people are really helpful, too

First time in store for online pickup. Blown away by how big it is. Picking up order was no problem nice and smooth. All though waited in line for cashier to be sent to help desk up front. Signs directing for pick ups would be a great improvement for convenience.

Thank you to Mike and Kent for my new rattlesnake dispatcher. They suggested and gathered supplies to make a 7' long pvc pipe with a cable looped at both ends to allow easy dispatch and removal of rattlers under my house. I feel better having this around! Thank you!

Thankful to have Ace Hardware store close by my location!! They STOCK 99% of what I need all the time and the staff are very helpful , knowledgeable,and friendly!! They are an asset to our community!!

Always very good food at the saloon in French gulch.

Sales rep's always friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful many of times, they have help me fast I was in and unless I needed advice which is always taking care of that is why Ace is my place.

Nice, mid-sized Ace. Online pickup was a bit confusing as the associate at the register had no idea how to help me with my in-store pickup of an online item, but she found someone who did and they were quick.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. the knowledgeable staff made the whole shopping experience enjoyable, even though the items I purchased were a little higher, the convenience and location of the store definitely made it worthwhile thank you so much for a great shopping experience
