I have completely flat feet, so they were patient with me trying out quite a few options to get something right.

Took a risk and bought very expensive shoes here for the first time. After about 4 months, part of the sole started coming off. Spoke to Darren and without any hesitancy, He said bring them back in let's swap them even though it was after my return date. Cheryl greeted me and helped me immediately with a smile. Super impressed as it was a seemless transistion. Seems like they just want to do good business and make people here a priority. Will be coming back

The staff is always awesome. They custom order shoes for me with roll bars in the heel. And they are 6E wide. This is a very difficult combination to find. If the new balance company ships the wrong shoes to the store, Fleet Feet will send them back to get the right pair.

Yes you can find better deals online. But the problem is you very well could be buying a sore which is not truly best for your running style and gait. Or worse, you could buy shoes which increase risk of injury. Fleet Feet has knowledgeable staff. They will watch you run, analyze what they see, and tirelessly help you find the perfect shoe for you. Expensive? Yes. But you get what you pay for. Whether you compete or are prone to running injuries... They can really help you here.

Before you buy another pair of shoes, go into Fleet Feet with your worn shoes. They can look at how you're walking in them, to get you into the right shoe with support for how you walk. It can make a world of difference in how fast you wear out your shoes. It can really help your ankles, knees and back to have the correct support in your shoes. They can also order very large size shoes and extremely wide shoes. If you have trouble lacing shoes or tying them they can order them in Velcro on many styles. So walk tall in a correct pair of shoes.

My girlfriend and I shopped here for her work shoes. They had to order them in the color she needed, but the shoes definitely help with relief for aches and pains associated with standing and walking on tiled concrete floors all shift
