Dr.Nilges and his staff are amazing. They are truly gifted in their profession. I needed a lot of work done and have had horrible experiences in the past keeping me from going to the dentist. I never got a lecture making me feel bad like every other dentist I've seen. He only cared about giving me the best smile I've ever had. you can tell how much pride they take in their profession by the quality of work they do. Everything fits perfectly and he was able to save all my teeth when others wanted to pull them all. I highly recommend Dr.Nilges especially if you want your work done right. Thank you for all your help and the amazing work you do for the veteran community.

The VA sent me to Dr. Nilges. I have had many issues with previous dentists and my anxiety goes through the roof when visiting one. He and his staff have treated me so well that I no longer dislike seeing the dentist. I look forward to being able to see them all as they are courteous friendly and professional. I've had dentures for years. For several years I've had issues with them. I had them realigned by a dentist who did a poor job and I decided to have new ones made. Another poor experience by people who didn't seem to care. Follow ups didn't go well. At the point of giving up I started looking on line for dentists and reading reviews. After my 1st appointment with Dr Nilges I new I made the right choice. His staff is awesome. Dr Nilges always spends as much time as needed to make sure everything is perfect. He referred me to Dr Davis for implants who is also a great dentist. Dr Nilges then made me a new lower denture that fits perfect. I couldn't be happier. Thank you for caring.

I have very sensitive teeth for cleaning. Dr. Nilges and his staff know how to make my cleanings so much easier and pain free. I use to cringe about going in to get my teeth cleaned. If you have sensitive teeth I recommend you give them a try. Just let them know you have sensitive teeth before they start.

Dr Brian Nilges DDS is Awesome. His practice is on the cutting edge of dentistry utilizing the latest technologies and techniques. He is very gentle and makes sure that you are well informed and comfortable during treatment. I highly recommend him to anyone especially if you are apprehensive about seeing the dentist. I had 2 crowns replaced and it was a fairly quick, painless experience and my new crowns are beautiful. I can’t say enough good things about Brian and his staff, they are fantastic!

This office is awesome. The most relaxing dental experience I've ever had. Everyone at the desk is super friendly and Dr. Nilges is a super cool. Everyone in this office is personal and they even remembered that I recently had a baby. I needed an appointment with an orthodontist and they scheduled and took care of all of it for me. If you're looking for quality dental care then this is definitely the place for you. Dr. Nilges is now my go to dentist.

Had my first visit with Dr Brian Nilges today. I’m always extremely nervous at the dentist but this was a wonderful experience. The entire staff treated me so well and Dr Nilges was very kind. Go ahead and make that appointment! You won’t be disappointed.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Nilges for over a decade now. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about him and his staff. We have had all of our cleanings done here as well as the occasional filling or other procedure. Everyone is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They are up to date on technology and procedures. They are great about getting the billing done quickly and easily. They worked so hard to coordinate my daughter’s cleanings with her orthodontist. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.

I went to Dr. Nilges for an emergency issue and ended up finding my family’s dentist. He has done a fantastic job on my root canal and crown as well as took care of several cavities. His dedication to his patients and their needs goes above and beyond any other dental provider I’ve had. My husband has become a patient and my son will soon be joining us as well.

I highly recommend Dr. Nilges! Him and his staff are very friendly and welcoming. Felt comfortable every visit and really cared for you and your needs. They were able to squeeze me in and work around my schedule to get my needs met. No complaints!

I have gone to Dr. Nilges for a couple years now and absolutely love him and his staff. He thinks outside the box and isn’t quick to do the most expensive fix. He saved a tooth a prior dentist wanted me to replace with an implant. He’s kind, gentle and a really good dentist. I highly recommend him.

10 stars. Love love love Dr. Nilges. He is gentle and puts you at ease. Not only is he my dentist, but all 5 of my children. My daughter has had some bad experiences in the past with other dentists. She has been going to Dr. Nilges for years now and feels safe and relaxed. Even my 2 year old loves going to the dentist! Grateful for his care.

Our dentist of 35 years retired and we found ourselves looking for a new dentist. Dr. Nilges and his staff provide excellent dental care. He had to do a two step process for a porcelain crown and the temporary really looked like a work of art. Once the permanent was placed, it also was a perfect match. After both procedures I experienced no pain after the shots or the work. His dental work is very high quality. I am very satisfied with this office and would recommend it to anyone who is seeking quality dental work. It's very refreshing to find a dentist and office staff who provide such good care.

Dr Nilges office is amazing to say the least! His staff is always so welcoming & they make you feel so comfortable! I also have to add that they allow my 3 year old son to go to my dentist appointments with me & that Is great! Love this office & would highly recommend!

My experience with Dr. Nilges was awesome. I had an emergency situation where I had broken my front tooth and he got me in right away and was kind and gentle and fixed it so well that you can never tell that it had been broken in half. Dr. Nilges is kind, empathetic and compassionate as well as being a real professional and perfectionist as a dentist. I recommend him with my highest regard.
